"Amazing hotel with an amazing location and view over the harbor. The only thing which didn't impress me much was the breakfast restaurant. The food was excellent but the breakfast room itself was extremely noisy and looked like a temporary set-up. And of course - if you're looking for the old Barcelona atmosphere - this is a more modern hotel."

There was no help from the lobby people to carry my luggage, and they have only stairs. There was a very old man when I arrived who walled around looking like he is there to help carrying the luggage, because when people check in he just rolls it to the side, but they don’t lift it up the stairs. "Nice hotel and even the location is outside Barcelona, the price and whats included is so good compared to city center. The room had sign on it has been used a lot, but beside that it was a really good room. Good breakfast. Only weird thing was that cleaning took our shower rope after first night and did not provide new. "Staff was trying to sale us for 80€ Per night a “better” room. We had to have discussion to change the room (the first one we got was very noisy) , which is strange us hotel was far from be fully booked. Completly overprised. No value for that money. No mini bar, no possibility to order breakfast as room service. Restaurant at the beach was a disaster. SPA facilities werent free for hotel guests either. I believe it was the worst hotel in Barcelona I have visited. And our expectations for that...

Dette på trods af at vi havde en suite. 2 af 3 aftner uden turndown service. 1 dag hvor værelset først var gjort rent og ordnet kl 1915 om aftenen.. efter 3 rykkere . The Level was worth every dime! Luxurious breakfast buffet and lots of drinks and snacks/tapas throughout the day at the lounge. Safe neighbourhood, large nicer shoppingcentre nearby. Although not in the city centre, the hotel is very close to a lot of things. I would stay at the Melia again."
