Dejligt ophold med imødevenlig personale, fint værelse på 18 etage, minus ingen udsigt grundet dis og tåge ikke hotels skyld 😉😉 . Dejligt morgenmad. Alt i alt lækkert sted.

Savnede en hyggelig bar. En skybar. Baren i lobbyen har kedelig, kold, og med manglende betjening. Manglende Clever opladningsmuligheder.

Så fyld dog minibaren op!
Det er et okay hotel, men med sådan en beliggenhed er det virkelig nødvendigt at der er mulighed for at købe en drink, en kop kaffe, snacks… Efter en depeche mode koncert ville vi lige mødes med et vennepar og får en drink - men ak. Skybaren lukket. I baren i lobbyen var der 20 min kø og de stakkels mennesker der havde været på arbejde hele dagen knoklede! Hvis ikke man kan finde personale nok, kan man jo sætte en vending machine op eller sørge for at minibar på værelset er fyldt. Man oplyste ved check in at man skulle bruge mit kort for det tilfælde at der var taget noget fra minibaren - men den er jo gabende tom! Morgenmadsbuffet var super travl - men igen var det personalet der reddede oplevelsen. Effektivt blev vi anvist en siddeplads og der kom hele tiden friske forsyninger.

Vi havde en enkelt overnatning i forbindelse med en Depeche Mode koncert i Royal Arena så beliggenheden var perfekt. Man blev mødt af en dejlig afslappet atmosfære og et venligt personale. Fik et værelse på 16 etage så der var en god udsigt. Selve værelset var også godt. God seng og et fint badeværelse og så var der også køleskab og mulighed for at lave en kop te eller kaffe. Morgenmaden var også helt i top. Ville ikke tøve med at bruge hotellet igen.

Fint hotel, men alt personale er engelsk talende, hvilket jeg finder meget mærkeligt på et dansk hotel. Og så kunne man ikke få Rom service, hvilket også er underligt på sådan et fint hotel.

Godt men mangler lidt rengøring.
Der lå de samme vatpinde og andet snacks på hotel gangen under hele døgnet og spejle/vinduer i badet mm var der tegninger på når det blev dugget når man var i bad (altså ikke rengjort). Fin morgenmad, og gode senge - flot udsigt.

God service men mindre gode fysiske rammer
Værelset var ret koldt og vi blev vækket flere gangene løbet af natten af en høj hyletone - måske fra elevatoren dom var tæt på. Uanset hvad gav det en meget dårlig nattesøvn

Skønt ophold igen. Vi har været der før og vi glædede os sådan til at se fyrværkeriet fra en høj etage. Det var en smuk nytårsaften. Dog havde vi selv taget sushi med, som vi nød på værelset
