Very clean, rooms are spacious compared to other nyc hotels I have stayed in, and the price is much lower than similar rated hotels in the area. Has a mini fridge in the room and coffee and tea in the lobby. Great walking distance too Broadway shows, red buses, subways, and time square! I will definitely be staying here again in the future. "Front desk staff were so very friendly and accommodating. They made me feel welcomed and well cared for during my stay. It’s also extremely convenient. Easy walk to the park, shopping and subway literally on the same block. "

"We would stay again, BUT check-in was 4:00 PM, we could not get in to our room until 4:35. There was no clock in the room, no cups in the bathroom and only one bathrobe. since we were only staying one night we did not notify the staff. The cups provided for coffee were paper in spite of the fact that porcelain cups were shown on the website (we hate paper cups for hot drinks).The staff were very pleasant and friendly, and the Wheel Tapper Pub was great."
