"We stayed here only for one night, but it was a great night. Our party of 6 including 2 kids (5 and 3) had ample space. The kitchen was very well stocked and all the pots and pans were great. We used all the beds which were comfortable and the outside slide and swings were greatly appreciated with the Littles. We ended up going to Bryce the next day which this was super close and made it before the rush after a wonderful home made breakfast. Highly recommend!"

"Thank you for giving us an incredible home base for exploring Texas Hill Country! We loved all the spaces for gathering, inside and out. Renting both the "main house" and the Casita for my parents gave them plenty of privacy, which was wonderful. We adored petting and feeding Espresso, Latte, Lorenzo, and even Miss Cookie the cow! For the bird watchers among us, it was a thrill to watch a crested cara cara fly right over the house as we sat on the comfy couch on the patio! We enjoyed the hot tub...

"Lovely old farmhouse- clean, well equipped, nice bathrooms, comfortable beds, good space for 4 adults. Very quiet, and beautiful view of Bryce cliffs at sunset from the front porch. Enjoyed eating outside. Tom was very responsive and helpful, and contacted us before checking in. Recommend!"

"This vintage 1940s farmhouse was cute quirky, quaint and a perfect place to stay for a weekend or probably a lifetime. I’m 70 years old so it brought me back to my childhood one of the quietest neighborhoods I’ve ever been in and quiet house. The host was great kitchen as well stocked. The actual house is huge. The grounds are very large and walkable. Lots to see and do would be a great place for kids also, can’t think of anything bad. We would definitely stay there again if in the neighborhood...

"My family and I came from Michigan for a wedding. We needed to get in a little early because of the wedding rehearsal and the host was very accommodating! Very clean home with sooo much charm! Definitely would stay there again!"

"Suite is nicely renovated with everything you need for a short stay. The garden is nice. Our daughter loved the horses, geese and cat that belonged to the property. Since this is a basement suite, the ceilings are lower than normal which was not a problem for me or our daughter but my husband who is quite tall felt a bit claustrophobic at times. But overall we had a nice stay and enjoyed our time away from home."

"My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Yellow Farmhouse. The home is cozy, comfortable and very clean, stocked with everything we needed to enjoy some family time together. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare and eat meals at the kitchen table and in the dining room.There's a large selection of games which were wonderful for the kids and adults alike. I can't say enough about how great the house is! The outdoors area is quite nice to, with the lovely porch and a nice size...

"We had a family gathering, and this was a great place to stay nearby. It gets chilly at night but there is ample heating. I loved the retro utilities in the kitchen, lots of space to entertain, and the owner made everything a breeze."

"Alpaca landing is such a special place. We visited here for a mom’s weekend and the property was so peaceful and cozy. Upon entering the house, we could tell that so much thought went into each and every detail of the house. The icing on the cake was getting to feed the alpacas. Such a fun experience! Sean and Melanie were kind and very accommodating! We’d recommend this place to anyone wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. I hope we’re able to stay here again in the future!"

"Enjoyed the mature landscape, clean property and comfortable home. My kids enjoyed the volleyball net, and open green space. Too cold to swim but pool and entertaining space were very nice. Only small draw back was location in proxicimity to the train tracks. Train came though all hours of the day/night very fast and loud horns."
