"A beautiful aparthotel in the heart of Poznan. Only a 5 minute walk from the old Market square, I picked this place for one night for multiple reasons. I'm glad I did. Entrance to the hotel is stunning and the rooms are so spacious. Plenty of area to cook a dinner if you had the time. The bed was amazing. "I was very happy. The location is superb, quite impossible to have a better one. Public transport stops are only 5/10 minutes far by foot. The room was clean and well equipped. This time there were two maintenance issues which the housekeeper should have reported before a guest is inconvenienced: (a) the showerhead holder was loose and couldn't be positioned properly, so the showerhead had to be held in hand while showering; and (b) the safe box was found locked and couldn't be opened with the code provided by the office. "Great apartment, everything was as it should be. We arrived late in the evening after check-in had closed. I received an email at 6 PM on the day with precise instructions for self check-in. The location is fantastic in relation to city life. 5 minutes to most things, yet situated in a lovely quiet neighborhood. All in all, a perfect experience that receives my highest recommendations. "It's more like 1 large room with a "sliding semi-door" that doesn't serve any purposes-not much privacy if you're traveling with kids / family member. You can't watch TV or work if your kid is sleeping in another "section". The sheets in 1 room - too small for a bed, pillows are more like "child" size. The "bedrom" is advertised as "queen" size -it's actually more like twin or full size (only my 2 small children can fit there, but not two adults). The frying pen wasn't compatible w the stove -...

"I booked the place for a short week work stay and chose the location for practical reasons. Nice flat with all necessities, but a bit disturbing to have the fridge humming on and off through the night and the neighbour chatting all evening and night sitting on the balcony next to mine. "It was an incredible good experiences to stay with Homely Place. Prior to the stay I received a very helpful video on WhatsApp describing how to enter the building and find the parking lot. I had a smooth communication with Homely Place throughout the stay via WhatsApp and was able to make nice adjustments the same way. I'm sure I'll use Homely Place next time I visit Poznań. "
