"To begin I have to say the property is big and quite interesting , l had there own icream shop and Starbucks , they have plenty of staff that is always helpful , however you may discover a huge difference in the stay experience ,this is because they have at least 4 different options to choose ,we have first booked to stay in the Jamaican building which is very ran down currently under construction on the exterior , and I wouldn’t recommend is more of a motel experience , however we did upgrade...

"Had a problem with check in. My room was supposed to be available at 4pm. I was running late with my arrival so I had dinner with my family and would check in after. I arrived at the hotel around 8pm only to find out that my room was not available. Finally at 9:30pm I was given my room key. Five plus hours after it was supposed to be available. This was the only negative with my two day stay."

"Det var fint med stranden tæt på og liggestole lige foran hotellet. Dog ville alle kunne tage elevatoren op til suiterne, da man ikke skulle bruge kort til at komme op i opgangen, morgenmaden var forfærdeligt og helikoptere larmede og fløj med turister forbi hotellet hvert 2. Minut, det ødelagde den afslappende fornemmelse man gerne ville have haft på ferien."

"The property is right off the beach which is great. The breakfast buffet choices were splendid and delicious. Parking was a bit tricky as its across the street but convenient and free. Didn't use the water rides, but it looked clean and fun."

"This is a great resort for families! The beach access is great, and there are a number of indoor and outdoor pools as well. The restaurant in the hotel is really good. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfy and the full kitchen is super convenient. We have a 3month old baby, and the room was great for him. Definitely would recommend, and will stay here again when we return to NMB. "
