"The property is beautiful and has a middle of the jungle feeling. The walking paths are nice and provide views of lots of different animals. The buffets available throughout the property are pretty good. The steak restaurant was really good. Now for the not so good. The Italian restaurant was not good at all. I really do think they need to reevaluate the menu and maybe hire an actual Italian chef, let’s just say the minestrone looked more like sopa de fideo and the lasagna didn’t have a tomato...

"Beachfront and lagunafront. Excellent service by most of the staff. Agave Azul, Cielo, Santé and Sal are amazing restaurants. Virkelig fint hotel
"Virkelig fint hotel med service i top. Vi havde adgang til business lounge, med lækkert morgenbuffet fyldt med blandt andet frisk frugt. Receptionen hjalp med at arrangere en tur ud af byen med privat chauffør til os for en rigtig god pris. Hotellet ligger virkelig centralt i gåafstand til flere seværdigheder og shopping. Tagterrasse er super lækker med pool og cafe. Motionsrummet ligger på tagterrasse, så vi benyttede muligheden for udendørstræning hver morgen. Kan virkelig anbefales😃"
