"Front desk receptionist was extremely accommodating when our flight to Santorini got delayed. Very easy to communicate. Offered great suggestions for our single day itinerary. The suite itself was clean, had AC and netted windows. Would love to book again for a future Santorini trip!"

"We had a little issue with the room shortly after we arrived and let the staff know. They didn't have anyone there to fix it, but quickly offered us a larger room and a hot tub. Very friendly and helpful. Quiet location with an excellent view facing the ocean. Would recommend the Phaos!"

"The best service and excellent facilities. Breakfast brought to our spa was amazing and delicious. It is near Fira (5 min) and about 25 min from Oía. Not walking distance to anything but taxi are available. Can’t wait to go back again!"

"Sophia made our 30th anniversary very special! There are different purchases you can make to celebrate. We ordered a cake, nonalcoholic champagne and a rose petal path with a heart. It was beautiful❣️ The breakfast delivered to your room is outstanding! The location is a doable walk to Fira where most of the shops and restaurants are, although there are some nearby. The Caldera view is breathtaking!"

"The girls who work the front desk were amazing. They are super friendly and helpful. There is no elevators so if have a large luggage, you will have to carry it up the many steps or request to stay on the first floor. "

"Det var vores første ophold på Santorini på vores bryllupsrejse. Vi havde Master/Grand Suiten. Den var perfekt hvis man ønsker total privat liv. En stor lækker pool, og masser udendørs plads til at solbade. Et stort flot lyst hus, virkelig flot hus, en rigtig flot udsigt udover hele landet og ud til vandet. pæn indretning. Stort badeværelse. Og et lille praktisk Køkken. Meget venligt personale og virkelig hjælpsomme. "

"This was an amazing property. We had the executive suite and it was amazing. 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms with jacuzzis in each. The only thing that could have made it better would be if the outdoor jacuzzi was heated. We had an amazing 6 night stay here and would definitely return."
