"The service was very low and not as could should be expected. Cleaning forgot to clean our room the first 2 nights. The stay was prepaid on Hotels.com including city tax and hotel fee's. When checking out we are asked to pay a several different fees (Service Charge and Tax, Room VAT, Room RPT, Resort Fees, Room City Tax) So watch out for all these extra costs. The facilities are great at this hotel."

"We booked a room with seaview, but the view is to a big ferry terminal. We got upgraded for free to a higher floor and bigger room. The view was almost the same, but it was a nice gesture to get a bigger room. Everything is very clean and new. Huge bed. Nice coffeemachine. Nice AC. Proper bathroom.
