Hoteller i Costa Caribe

"Clean room, excellent staff, and excellent... I mean EXCELLENT drinks (haha)! Shoutout to Leidy and Diego."

We paid a premium rate for a “luxury villa” with a private pool, but the reality was a tired, poorly maintained room that did not match the price at all. From the start, the experience was frustrating. The boat transfer was poorly managed, with long delays in the heat and disorganization on arrival. Check-in took over an hour despite very...

"Been at this hotel a number of times. Conveniently located by the beach and relatively close to historic center (15 min by cab). It seems to me, that service levels are decreasing a bit. Receptionists are somewhat less friendly than they used to be. Rooms are nice (especially the newer ones in “Torre del Mar”). If you dine at the hotel, go for the restaurants “Bijao” and “Erre” (more formal) - you pay more but much better value for money. The beach is nice (do not expect white sand, though) ...
