"The hotel staff was super helpful and efficient. We we’re in our room no more than 5 mins. after walking up in. The rooms we’re very comfortable and the bar staff was great as well. We also needed a late checkout which the staff accommodated without an issue. Would definitely book and recommend again. "

"Check in was made easy, I had booked in my name, my parents arrived prior than me. I simply called and they easily accommodated them to check in. Also my parents have a hard time walking, so it was nice they gave us a room near the elevator. "

"The property is beautiful and my room was very comfortable. My stay was for three nights. I was quite surprised to learn that during my stay there would be no housekeeping. On the third day I had to track down someone from housekeeping to give me a trash bag to empty my wastebaskets. Because of university activities, downtown restaurants were crowded.
