One challenge was communication for payment assume gap between exedia and property agent made communication challenging. "It's an old flat that probably cannot be rented without good renovation. Feels like a 20-year-old's first flat mostly empty. It was cold no heating on, the shower as no flow, and half the lights of dead. No wifi With a little love, it would be a great place but in its current state, I recommend avoiding it. "

"This is a fun place to stay in so much as my room had a massive outside area, the bed was great and I could look out over the water to watch the fun of Canary Wharf Its very very basic. I had no shower gel etc in the shower, the toilet is a marine toilet, no water offered (or available) so needed me to visit a local shop. Its near all the bars so quite noisy. I'd stay there again but not for that price. Its too expensive for what it is. "
