"we got a little dark room next to two elevators with noise in the night and the view from the windows was to a backyard wall -far room what the pictures had shown. This was second to third class not worth fourth class prices. Staff and service staff however were good and the breakfast was also good"

"Clean and facilities as promised - centrally located in the heart of the Old town. Everything was satisfactory, except forbinde small thing; there where no communication about what to do with trash - not in the welcome letter or in the info in the appartment. We nerver saw a receptionist, so the opening hours was not communicated either, all though I was given the impression that there would be a receptionist part of the day. "

"The staff was one of the highlights of the hotel, always helpful and smiling. The room was spacious and nice. Indoor and outdoor pool which was great, with lots of sun beds. The spa area is very nice offering different saunas and steam bath. Transport to Dubrovnik old town was super easy with the bus directly from the hotel, 15 minutes for 2 eur per person (cheaper at the hotel kiosk). Only downside: quality/price ratio. "We had a Great stay in the villa. Only downside in this summer paradise was the sofabed, which was not very comfortable and the morning fights for pool chairs in spite of it clearly being against pool rules. I recommend staff is assigned to put a stop to the reservation by people not using the pool for hours. Transfer to airport arranged by the hotel was punctual and great, but without kids chairs. "

BUT they should not have any connection with the sister hotel which they share mostly everything with. such a shame they have a joint-venture.
