"Really nice hotel. Rooms are good. Staff were all really super friendly and helpful. My only negative point was the prices in the hotel coffee shop. A beer was probably 3 times the cost of a bar outside so it felt like you were being ripped off to support the hotel and its staff."

"Check in process was long, because hotel staff asked for hotel voucher, and there was no information about breakfast. The next morning, hotel staff informed guide that no breakfast included. They should have informed guide at the time of check in - so we could decide whether we had breakfast at the hotel or outside. Not Recommended to book this hotel online in the future, as there were a lot miscommunication occurred."

"Nice hotel in a great location next to a shopping mall so lots of choice for dining. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The suite was very nice. My only suggestion having stayed at lots of similar places is that there were a few simples things missing in the room that would have helped. No moisturising cream in the bathroom which is generally normal. There was no writing paper and pen/pencil in the room. Also there was a kitchen but no cloth or scourer to clean anything.
