"Sonesta was alright as a whole. The good things about this resort is the facilities and the options and selections of restaurants, drinks etc. The bad things about the place is definitely the service. I have rarely experienced such bad service on a holiday. The service (or lack thereof) was mainly an issue in the restaurants, where the staff was rude. I even had a waiter rolling her eyes because I asked for a baby chair. "

"Amazing property overall. I would definitely stay there again. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the food was amazing everywhere we went, excursions were worth it.. it was a great experience. Some minor cons: - the hallway to our room smelled really bad. - there is a motion sensor light in the bathroom of our room. It would turn off after about 10 seconds of being “still” (sometimes it wouldn’t register a movement). And then it would turn back on after it sensed movement again....

"This was my first time traveling to curaçao and I must say it’s a beautiful country. The resort was pretty good and clean also. My only view is that the staff in the buffet restaurant was not friendly and they did not attend to your needs as needed. Overall I enjoyed my stay with my family in the resort and i would love to visit again some day."

"Staff was soooo friendly and helpful. Live Music every night was fun. Shows were entertaining. Dinner at Club Margot takes HOURS to get food. we went in just for dessert one night and THAT took hours. Beach at hotel was groomed every day. It does take a lot of work to get dinner reservations at a reasonable time on any given night. Drinks were great. 6 am coffee cafe opening was great. I would definitley recommend!!!!"

"We had a really amazing time at this resort. Even though it is not adults only, it was still quiet and peaceful with children there. The food is amazing, and the room service is the fastest room service we have ever experienced ( 15-20 min from the moment you order). The only slight negative was that the pool and beach umbrellas get taken extremely quickly you have to be up from like the crack of dawn to get one. But, overall it was really amazing. We will be going back to this exact resort...

"Beach was nice but eagle brach is better which is down the road from the hotel. Hotel has nice beach front access but good luck finding a beach chair by the pool. Lots of chairs with towels in them as people put a towel down and disappear. Sun will fool you. So put on sun screen "

"Best customer service, walk to everything, very safe. We did not have all inclusive but did have breakfast 3 times there. Very good value for the price. English is taught to everyone in school. So communications was not an issue. Local transportation was very available. Always confirm the fair before taking the bus or vans. "

"Service var i top, de ansatte var så søde. Lokation var perfekt, rigtig lækker strand. MEN hotellet var så slidt og ulækkert, der lugtede af mug på værelserne, aircondition larmede enormt meget, møblerne var ødelagt og malingen krakeleret. Det lignede slet ikke noget nær billederne. Tæppet på værelset var så beskidt at min datter på 8 måneder fik sorte knæ af at kravle på det. Kommer ikke tilbage igen."

"This was our fourth visit in four years and plan to come back next year. We have noticed that the quality of the food in the Restuarant's has declined since our first visit. We also had a lot of problems with our room, 816. We had to call maintenance once for a clogged sink and 3-4 times to fix the air conditioning."
