"Booked a room for a couple of nights for myself and my son as a last minute break to visit some family. The room itself was nice and warm. However, when we check-in not a lot of information was provided and the website does not state accurate times for breakfast which made us miss breakfast on the first morning that we had already paid for. Other than that, we've had no issues at all and the staff were very friendly."

"My family and I stayed here over Christmas for a couple of nights and we’re quite surprised with our stay, the house itself is lovely and the space was great for all the family to be together with our own rooms and the dogs loved it too, however I am disappointed to say the cleanliness of the manor was rather unsatisfactory. I would expect from any place you can book to stay for the rooms to be of a basic clean standard and I feel the manor wasn’t even slightly clean, there were dead bugs on...

"Its a delightful tavern. Plenty of room on the car park and onto a traditional, friendly bar where my hosts booked me in quickly and with a great intro to how everything worked. I had room 2, in a purpose built outbuilding and I was really pleased with the first impression. Everything worked as it should and there were lots of extras not normally given in this type of accommodation. "The Hare Cottage is beautiful and so cosy inside. The farm itself is also very beautiful, and the staff very welcoming. The spa facilities are incredible, a copper milk bath, natural hot tub and lots of herbal teas, mud face masks and lotions and potions. Very relaxing and totally private! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend."

"We have stayed here many times before and since last stay downstairs has been revamped,only thing is looks like small single rooms have been turned into doubles,not enough room to swing a cat,washing in sink had to be done with bathroom door open,we never used shower as it was all too small and hard to manouevre round in,door had number lock on but lights never came on so that was frustrating,this was room 7,sorry but we wont be staying again."
