"Staff was kind and replied promptly via whatsapp. The hardware of the apartment was good but software need to be improved. Staff was prepared the bed linen and towel for us but all with wrinkles seems not tidy and the size was not fit. No tissue at apartment and the heater was not functioned well, we need to ask for help but need a long time for attending us."

"Huge place and comfortable enough. TV has no signal and there was no sign of a wifi code and no connection that I could make, so pointless having a tv in the place as not useable. Rooms were comfortable and big, bathroom is very nice too, shower needs some attention though as the top head is so limescales it sprays over the top of the shower and on to the floor, and there is some bad mould on the base, door runners also not working properly. "Warm, friendly welcome by the owner. As it turned out, we were the only visitors staying in the hotel, so had a nice opportunity for a chat over a beer - well stocked with what appeared to be the full range of bottled beers from Purple Moose Brewery of Porthmadog. Food was fantastic - both of us had the lamb which was stunning. Lots of it & full of flavour. The accompanying vegetables were equally full of taste. "Friendly staff. Super organised. Comfortable and clean room with lots of Welsh goodies. Hot shower, fluffy towels and delicious evening meal. Great menu options. Will definitely return. "

"Very nice hotel in the center of Barmouth. Very shorts walk to the beach. Nice and modern room with a large shower. The personal were very friendly. The hotel is in a pub - quite cozy. Can only recommend this hotel. Parking is around the corner of the street - there is no lift in the hotel "

"Super friendly hotel. Amazing view from the garden. Felt so welcome from the minute we got there. Also super dog friendly. Only a 7 min walk down the hill to a lovely pub/restaurant. The breakfast was also top quality. I had the eggs benedict and they even let me have a beautiful crispy hash brown on the side. 10 out of 10 would recommend "
