"This is a cute & clean motel. Looks like it was recently renovated (hallway carpet, floors in the room). The staff were very friendly & helpful. "I commend this hotel for only charging $12.50 per night per pet. Other hotels I checked in the area charged almost 10 times that. Our suite was clean and comfortable. The property outdoors was not - construction workers hanging around their trucks, people leaving rocks to hold doors on the side or back, people hanging around. I was so impressed by the low pet fee, I didn’t notice there wasn’t a complimentary breakfast. We were supposed to use the dog walk area, but never saw it. Staff was...

"This hotel is brand new and was a great value. The design is efficient and modern. Location was great, with restaurants and cafes nearby and access to the city proper very easy. Noise was a bit of an issue - people upstairs seemed to arrive at about 0100 hrs and started banging around at 0530. Another guest in the elevator told us her room was super quiet, so just bad luck for us."
