Luxury villa with private swimming pool and large garden.
The villa extends for 1000 m2 of land and it is located at only 30 meters away from the white sandy beach.
The eclectic, bulb shaped pool is filled with sea water and it measures 100 m2. The garden is equipped with comfortable sun beds, wicker chairs and sofas, on which itis possible to relax and to enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the sea.
The courtyard includes a dining area with barbecue and a solarium, with beautiful sea views.


The Villa is composed by:
Main floor:
living room with a sea view and pool, ornamental fireplace, seating area with sofas;
separate kitchen with all mod cons;
master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower an AC;
two double bedrooms with en-suite shower and AC;

On the lower floor:
bedroom with independent entrance with two singles, which can be joined into a double upon
request;
bedroom with two singles, which can be joined into a double upon request;
gym;
bathroom with shower;
laundry room with washing machine, sink and ironing board.
For our guests, maximum privacy and security are guaranteed by the services of the residential park of Portobello di Gallura (access to the residential park is allowed only to residents or accredited guests and tranquility and privacy is protected by the 24-hour security service.
