"Lovely Villa, spacious with fantastic views. Well Equipped. Unfortunately they told us before we arrived there had been a Power surge which the AC and other equipment was out of service but we had fans in the rooms which helped a little. Some of the linen and towels were stained and the pool was great but does need a bit of TLC. But I would definitely return 👍🏻"

"We spent 2 weeks in the villa with family and friends. It was perfect for everyone, with lots to see and do nearby, a lovely beach we could walk to and the gorgeous pool for refreshing swims. Thank you for having us! "

"From the key pickup to the key drop off it was a bad experience. The house is not in good shape, not clean, needs interior painting, shower flooded, etc. the directions to the property are not at all clear and it was difficult to find. The shower flooded, it took two days for a plumber to come and then he left the filthy drain off and the hand wand on the floor with no communication from anyone as to what was going on. The other bathroom shower door is not sealed properly and water gets all over...

"Amazing Villa and location within beautiful San Roque club grounds by the golf course. Lots located near by to venture to including bars, restaurants, beaches etc all being a small drive away. Villa owner Morag has been brilliant communicating throughout and ensured our stay was a great one! 9 of us in total including 5 kids and there was plenty of room for comfort. Highly recommend 😀"

"Villa is very spacious and perfect for families. The pictures do not do it justice. Beaches and marina were close by (most places are only a 10-15min drive) and the San Roque golf resort is clean and well maintained. Ian the host was a star, really proactive and very responsive - even helped with a wide range of excellent restaurant recommendations. Would recommend to all! "

"Amazing view, best pool in the whole area, outside architecture great and the owners are the best, you have a questions and they directly answer or send someone to help you..the perfect place to relax and not go anywhere, I stayed a week and was really sad when I left, I will definitely come back!!!!"

"We decided to rent this townhouse because of the amount of space it offered. It was beautiful and very clean with everything we needed. But the best part was the absolutely stunning view. You can easily see the Rock of Gibraltar from the back side of the house and we spent a good deal of time sitting on the balconies taking us the view. It is in a great location, close to many points of interests. The owners were very nice and completely responsive."
