Welcome to Little Pink Houses, an inviting vacation home with a private pool and hot tub just a three-minute walk from secluded Bean Point Beach! This rental has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Friends and family can gather in the bright, airy living room to make Anna Maria Island vacation plans, connect over conversation, and watch a favorite tv show. The kitchen’s spacious countertops and stainless steel appliances make it easy to enjoy homemade snacks, try island recipes, or reheat take-out from unique local Island restaurants and enjoy them at the dining table.

The primary bedroom is a perfect retreat, with a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination to freshen up after soaking in the Florida sun. With two single twin beds and twin loft bed, the second bedroom is perfect for young guests. A spiral staircase in the backyard takes guests up the private suite. Equipped with a kitchenette, and features a mini-refrigerator, microwave, countertop seating, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination, this space is ideal for multiple families traveling together or guests who like their personal space.

The unique pool area features an ankle-deep path connecting the hot tub to the heated pool, with stepping stones leading to the home's entryway. Lounge in an Adirondack chair in the shade of the palms, or settle in with a cool drink on the pool's submerged seating ledge. Rinse the sand from your feet in the outdoor shower.

Catch a breathtaking sunset on Bean Point Beach and take a twelve-minute walk to Pine Avenue for boutique shopping, unique restaurants, and where you can catch the island trolley. Discover more of Anna Maria Island's seven miles of paradise on the free trolley, or take a sightseeing cruise or sunset sail.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful experience staying at little pink house. The house was clean and a great location only a short walk from the beautiful Bean Point beach. We greatly enjoyed the pool area , the hot tub was perfect for the cool evenings.

Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time staying at the little pink house. I went with my husband, 3 children, brother in law, and sister in law. The 2nd king bedroom being over the garage and detached from the main home was perfect. They were able to have their own space and my children didn’t wake them when they were up early. The pool was clean and perfect size for my young children. There were plenty of spots to relax and sit in it. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook. They provided clean bath towels and pool towels. We loved the house and island and would definitely book again.

Great AMI getaway

Wife and I stayed at Little Pink House for our honeymoon, it was perfect for that and we’re already planning to bring the family back! House is just right, easy access in a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. Hot tub and pool were wonderful to have. We used the beach chairs, umbrellas and wagon for quick 5 minute walk to beach heaven! We will be back!

Very clean and great location

The house was perfect and location to gulf side and bay side was great. The management team was quick to a minor issue and sent someone out within 2 hours and it was fixed. We would definitely stay again. North end of island is perfect for bike riding and there are many beach accesses close by.

Good place for our vacation

Travelers: two adults in 40s, 12yo and 14yo It’s a short distance to Bean Point and other locations in AMI especially if you rent a golf cart (which was fun and I highly recommend). The house itself is a nice place but kitchen was adequate I’d say, has some older fixtures and appliances. Faucet wasn’t working correctly which didn’t get fixed while we were there. To be clear: there is a MBR w en suite bath in the main house and a bunkhouse for kids w three beds in bunked fashion. The third bedroom is above the garage and accessed by a narrow spiral staircase. It would NOT be easy to navigate for older person and was not exactly easy to get luggage up those steps. I agree there was an odd odor up there but it didn’t bother my daughter. The pool and hot tub are nice but the dumb vacuum cleaner needs to stay in and the hose etc take up too much space. There were plenty of towels, the laundry is FREE not coin operated as suggested. If you like blankets for napping/cuddling bring your own. The ones there were gross. Overall it was ok for our trip. We couldn’t get our portal working and emails were returned during business hours. They do offer after hours service for “urgent” issues. It definitely could use some basic updates and repairs. If we go back to AMI we would not likely reuse this specific property.

3rd bedroom is not accessible except fire stairway

Nice pool and location. House and backyard are much smaller than seen in the pictures. It’s a 2 bedroom house and advertising is misleading. 3rd bedroom is over the garage and only accessible through a fire staircase. Not for elderly or kids.

Perfect family spot

We loved our stay. AMI is one of our favorite places to vacation. The location of this home is perfect. Close to great shops and restaurants and just a short walk to the beach! The size of the pool was great for our 4-year-old. My only advice would be to be careful of the corners in the pool. They are quite sharp and can be dangerous. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The home was clean and perfect for our family of 5.

Great Getaway

The house was perfect for the two of us. We loved the quiet, residential neighborhood the house is located. The beach access is incredibly convenient and the pool and hot tub were fantastic! It was a fantastic little weekend.

Cute and conveniently located

Upon arrival to the property, I was immediately impressed with the beautiful pool area and clean, crisp, coastal vibes inside the house. I enjoyed the variety of appliances available for use, the provided beach towels and chairs, and the starter kit of dish and laundry soaps. Now I want to mention some things that were… rather less enjoyable and wish I would’ve known about prior to booking. It took several days and several phone calls to figure out how to get the pool and hot tub heated — turns out you can heat only one at a time, bummer. We were also told we had to leave the vacuum in the pool, which takes up SO much space it’s comical. Then there’s the pool alarm on the door out to the pool area, which has no off button, even if you aren’t traveling with children. I completely understand it’s importance, but being jolted awake every time you open the door and forget to bypass it is rather irritating. Getting any type of suitcase or large bag up the spiral staircase up to the bedroom above the garage is near impossible. Period. The outdoor shower was out of order during our stay, unfortunately causing a lot of sand to end up inside and in the pool. The listing advertises “3 minute walk to the beach,” however, the closest beach access we found was about a 10 minute walk. Not a huge deal, just false advertisement. I wish the rental company provided a map with all of the beach access points for those of us not familiar with the area.

Great house

The house was great, close to the beach, had everything you need it and clean. the only thing I would change is the spiral stairs that they're very thight. Its very difficult to go upstairs to the other room, it would be easier if you change the stairs, besides that everything was great in the house.

Convenient location for family vacation

The location of the house was close to shopping and small restaurants, and short walk to the beach. The house was aged but the kitchen did have all the necessary tools so that was a plus. One of the rooms was located above the garage and had spiral iron steps, too small and a hazard for older people to climb (we had grandparents with us). The room had a musty, moldy smell. We aired the room as much as we could but the smell stayed there for the 7 days we were there. We paid for a 3 bedroom home but one of the rooms was not usable due to the smell, could not stay there too long. Anyways, would not go back for the price we paid for it, because I paid for 3 bedroom home but was able to use only 2.

2nd time in the Little Pink House and was just as relaxing as the first.

We had a late flight that got delayed and we didn’t reach the house until 3 am however, check in was easy and we finally got some sleep and were ready to enjoy AMI when we awoke.

Great house, but mixed experience

The house was very clean, well appointed, close to beach and had a great pool. There were a few annoyances that seem so simple to fix - surprised the management company "cheaps out" and makes the experience less than great. One is providing no basics such as salt & pepper, coffee filters, Kleenex and dish soap. Had to make second trip to groceries to get these things that are generally provided in other rentals. Think of all those plastic salt & pepper shakers purchased and then thrown out after 5 days :(. Second, they provide one beach chair per bedroom. So you advertise and charge for a beach house that sleeps seven people but only provide 3 chairs? Sigh. Finally, the upstairs unit had a very powerful smell - 2 people they sent out agreed but didn't know how to fix. Their 3 person they sent out didn't smell it apparently, so they stopped trying to address the issue. Tried sleeping in 3rd room with twin beds - then tried sleeping with windows open and fan on. Neither were great for the second couple in our group. Net net - you've got a great house but some poor property management practices that keep it from being a great experience.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at Little Pink Houses. Many of the issues we had with how to work things ironed out in the week. We still are not sure how to turn on the hot tub. But it really wasn’t needed with the warm pool. I’m sure do to Covid, we were not given extra supplies like toilet paper, paper towels or garbage bags. So make sure you purchase some of your own! Things were very comfortable and the beach access was easy! I look forward to visiting again!

Overall Great Place

Little Pink Houses was a really nice place and located just a few minutes walk to the beach. Hot tub and pool are was a really nice bonus. Beach chairs were there to use which was also a nice feature, however a cart is needed to haul the chairs, coolers, umbrellas, etc you might want to use at the beach. It really was a wonderful place to stay, just a couple negatives to mention, the kitchen was not very well stocked as we needed a casserole type dish for our meals, the door to the pool area has a troublesome handle which was quite aggravating. The handle actually fell off at one point, but the rental company was very quick to respond. We discovered a bag of dirty bed linens in our closet.

Quick Getaway from TN

Overall, we were very pleased with the property. It was in a great, quiet location. Very easy walk to the beach, even with a 3yo. Overall, Little Pink houses met our expectations. The pool was awesome, however, given that it was so hot, it wasn't refreshing until late at night! You may be able to drop the temp during the summer months - the sun will heat it just fine. Staff at the rental property were very easy to work with and quick with answers. Getting in and out was easy. We had a little problem with the door alarm to the pool, but maintenance was quick to respond within 20-30 minutes on a Sunday! Other than that, only suggestion and it may be an AMI "code", the spiral staircase to the garage apt. is tight and a little dangerous for little ones, and if you are carrying groceries/bags etc. Also, be careful if you had a few cocktails too! :-) However, having the extra space was well worth it. Loved Little pink houses and would stay again without hesitation. Would love to visit the island when Corona subsides...lots of shops/restaurants were closed, 1/2 capacity, etc. - but it was expected and we just wanted to look at different 4 walls in a different latitude. :-) Thanks to all for a wonderful trip!

It was only a 3 minute walk to the beach, also close to the Rod and Reel Pier for great fishing. We felt like locals in a quiet neighborhood. Keep in mind the free trolley doesn’t go this far north. We used our rental vehicle. Excellent place! We would definitely rent again!

Great family vacation!

Beautifully renovated home that was only a few minutes walk to the beach and had the most wonderful pool and hot tub. Kids loved it! The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. 7 family members stayed here and there was plenty of space, comfortable beds, bathrooms for each age group and even a heated outdoor shower. We did need more chairs at the kitchen table and additional bath towels would have been nice. The pillows were a bit worn and the bedding had laundering needs. The children’s room in particular could have been cleaned better. Overall though, we had a great week here and the house met our needs and created some wonderful memories! We would stay here again.

Lovely home near the beach with a pool. Nice to have separate bedroom over the garage for additional privacy for guests . Enjoyed the outdoor shower! Property manager very responsive to any issue that arose and rectified it . We Would rent again we really enjoyed our stay!
