Denne villa med 4 senge, 21/2 bad, er en af kun en håndfuld villa, der er kommercielt tilgængelig til leje til private ejere, der er i Calete Town. Billeje er ikke nødvendig, så du kan spare penge.

Grundstørrelsen er 600m2 og gulvarealet er 160m2. Det står højt og overses ikke. Det er helt afsondret. Tagterrassen har uforstyrret udsigt over havet og Calete Havn. Svømmepøl.

Dette er en stor pool på 10 x 4 meter. Det har en fantastisk vandrutschebane i timevis med sjov!
Der er et aftageligt barnesikkerhedshegn, hvis du ønsker det. Der er varme om vinteren (lokalt gebyr gælder). Der er et soltæppe. Vandkvaliteten opretholdes af et højteknologisk system, der ikke bruger barske kemikalier (børnehud og hårvenligt).

Der er et skraveret barnegras legeplads med legehus, fodboldbord, sandkasse osv. Der er 42-tommers UKTV (SKY-sport, BT-sport, himmelfilm, film on demand, BBC, ITV, C4) og WiFi (internet). Der er et separat tv med XBox i soveværelse 3.

Spacious and private
The villa is really spacious both inside and out. It has a good sized pool and the slide is a great addition. There is a box of pool equipment for you to use on your holiday to save you bringing any toys in your suitcase.A darts board was great for family tournaments along with table football, giant connect 4 and a tiny golf set.Two large three seater sofas and a six seater dining table were welcome additions for us while a sand storm ran through for two days of our stay. We made great use of the outdoor table and chairs sun loungers once the storm had passed.The villa is a 20 minute walk down hill to the town centre where you will find a variety of shops, cafes and bars. There is a small supermarket and variety of bars approx 5 min walk down the hill from the villa and there is a pizza takeaway and a bar just a short walk across the road from the villa. Taxis were very reasonably priced at 3 to travel from the town centre back to the villa and an 8 taxi to a large Lidl which we would recommend for getting all your food.

The property is in a quiet location. The only downfall was the hill to walk back up if you go into Caletta De Fuste. Scooters are a good option or a taxi, if you can get one, is about 4 euros, lovely villa and very spacious. The beds are quite low but that’s the Spanish to it, I think. Out of town and needs some TLC
When we were dropped off by our taxi upon arrival, we had a long walk up hill and through roadworks and took ages to locate the villa.. even the taxi driver couldnt find it. Description was a 10 min walk into town however, even on the quickest route took us atleast 20 mins downhill and going back was longer as all steep hills. The floors hadnt been mopped as the childrens feet were black after going around inside. The sofa bed in the master room had dust all around and overall just wasnt very clean. The outdoor furniture was quite uncomfortable to relax on and could do with new/thicker cushions. The swimming pool was nice and warm. Quite dissapointed after having paid alot for this villa. The villa agent was very rude when we said about the walk into town and when we wanted to book a taxi back to the airport but communication with Dr Iain was very good.

Spacious house
A nice house 15 min. Walk to the beach. Spacious with several outdoor sitting area's. A lot of toys for the children. The gated pool is very nice when with small children (placed an extra bench in front of it just in case). Very equipped kitchen. The bathrooms are a bit dated, but that suits the price of the house.

Great villa. Lovely outside space with so many choices of sitting areas. Great pool with slide and outdoor shaded play area with lots of games. The children were entertained and the adults were too! Great house but needs better cleaning
The location of the house it perfect. The pool and the outside area is amazing and the presence of toys for the little ones is a big plus. The pool is very clean. The house itself has good amenities but in general the cleanliness needs attention. From a distance everything looks good but if you start to look closer you see that the lack of proper cleaning over time is showing its effect. When we arrived the cleaners left the windows in the bathrooms open and we only found out when it was dark. The result was that huge cockroaches entered the house and it took us two nights to capture them all. We found the washing machine with a layer of dirty water in it and a lot of mould inside the machine. Since the smell was horrible we tried to drain the dirty water and give it a cycle but as result the whole kitchen flooded with water. This dirty water and mould should have been noticed by the cleaning people so as a result we could not wash anything since a replacement machine had lead time. With a small kid this is annoying. In the kitchen and bathrooms there were baby cockroaches present, after discovering we notified the representative and he took proper action by spraying the house. The remainder of our stay the dead cockroaches came out and we could sweep them up in the morning. On the last morning when we left no cockroaches were present anymore so the spray helped. On the day of check-in the representative was at the house even when we got delayed a little bit.

Fantastic villa great location despite construction /improvement works all around, will be stunning when finished. Villa was superb for our stay some minor issues which where sorted by owner, property manager a little fifficult to get hold of. Would defo stay again if on family holiday.

Excellent Villa Holiday
This is the villa that has everything, well almost. We'll get to that shortly. Our party consisted of 8 adults and 1 child (11yrs) 3 in party had walking issues, so we needed a single level villa. All amenities mentioned in description were available. Pool was big, bbmcclean and heated. The property, is very spacious especially the size of the whole plot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend Villa Fin for any wishing to relax in privacy. If we were to mention just a couple of things it would be to revise description of bedroom no.4 access, as to get in main house you need to exit bedroom to outside and enter main house via kitchen or living room patio door or bedroom no.2 via ndoor. Secondly, although host provided portable fans, the property nnnnnnnwould benefit from fitted ceiling fans, even just in bedrooms. Overall though, our whole party really liked the Villa and would definitely book it again if returning to Fuerteventura. Thank you so much for a memorable holiday..... agawhenFuerteventuruand

Great holiday!
Nice villa, lots of room. Pool area very good, kids enjoyed the slide. Walk into town but not too far. Good location we thought. Will be back. Contact with host and his local rep was great. Even organised our taxis back to the airport which we really appreciated. There’s quite a bit of pavement work going on near the villa this year but when done will be great. Next year looking to be busy for the villa so book soon!

Fantastic! A must for families
Our first ever Villa holiday and we were not disappointed! There’s so many fantastic things about Villa Fin it’s hard to know where to start! We were a party of 7, 5 adults and 2 children aged 4 and 2. We had the best time the heated pool is fabulous and the slide was great fun for all. Absolute bonus that the pool is fenced children could run around freely. The villa is approximately 20 minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants 3-10 minutes. The villa is fully equipped, Iain has provided everything you would possibly need and I mean everything not just the bare essentials. Kids toys, a baby potty, toddler toilet seat, all the electrical appliances a kitchen would need. Even had medicine spoons! The list is endless. The water heater broke while we were there, contacted Iain and it was fixed within hours. Oh to have this service in England! Any questions we had Matias was on hand and he answered promptly. I have one suggestion, that the laminate like edging by the pool is made non slip. Will we be returning to Villa Fin? Most definitely!

Great place
We had a lovely time here. The property is spacious with good outside space, the pool and games are a great addition. Location is good, 20 mins walk from the beach and restaurants, and several big supermarkets only a couple of minutes drive away. It is close to the airport. I was worried about the noise of planes, but this wasn't an issue. Check in and out was super easy. The only thing I wish I'd know beforehand is that bedroom four is accessed by a door onto the outside area rather than via the house. This didn't work for us due the age of our children, however this didn't impact our holiday. We would definitely return.

Anyone looking for a holiday villa in the area will not be disappointed with Villa Fin. It was clean, spacious and had good amenities.....the pool with slide was great fun for both adults and kids alike. Further to this, the owner of the property answered all our questions prior to flying out and the local Property Manager was extremely helpful. We had an amazing time staying here and would defiantly rebook if returning to Caleta de Fuste.

Toller Pool, super Spielecke, Ausstattung und Lage könnte besser sein
Insgesamt können wir das Haus weiterempfehlen, empfinden es nur als sehr teuer, für das was man bekommt. Bei diesen Preisen sollte alles tiptop sein. Deshalb müsste dringend einmal das Küchenequipment erneuert werden, hier ist vieles kaputt oder bspw ein Weinglas nicht mal vorhanden. Eine Schranktür ist komplett rausgebrochen und fällt einem entgegen. Dies sollte unbedingt renoviert werden. Sind aber alles Dinge mit denen man sich arrangieren kann. Neue Matratzen in den Betten wären sicher auch mal eine Idee. Leider hat uns die Lage bzw. der Ort Caleta de Fuste nicht überzeugt. Der Strand selbst ist wunderschön, der dazugehörige Ort kann aber gar nichts. Es sieht alles sehr alt und stillstehend aus, keine ansprechenden Geschäfte. Positiv ist im Haus die Kindersicherheit, der tolle Pool und das Spielzeugangebot für Kids.

Fantastic villa
We had a wonderful holiday in Villa Fin for two weeks, the villa is perfect, we had 6 adults and the facilities are amazing. The pool is perfect size and nicely heated, the villa is very well equipped. Lots of little seating areas which is perfect if you want to either sun bathe or sit in the shade. Very private location. We really loved it here and would definitely come again, really recommend! Thanks all.

A great villa.
Just back from a wonderful week with the family. The villa was all and more than we expected. The pool was heated to a lovely temperature which we all used in the morning and afternoon. If we needed anything we called Sue who was very good and sorted things very quickly. I would recommend this villa to anyone.

Child friendly villa
The villa was great. Very spacious and had everything we needed. The pool was fenced off which was great as I was there with a 4 and 1 year old. The grandkids had great fun in the outdoor play area. It was about a 10 min walk to a few pubs and restaurants and a 25 min walk to the main resort area where there was a good selection of restaurants. My only negative would be no air conditioners in bedrooms but overall, a great stay.

Very spacious villa
The villa was very spacious which was lovely and the pool was heated perfectly. Just the right temperature to allow you to cool down but also to stay in the pool and enjoy being in there for long periods. The sheltered area around the side was great for our son to play in the shade too. I like the fact that there are plastic plates and cups to use outside. I always think this is a good idea but hardly any villas supply these so I was very grateful to see them. The one disappointment was Sue came to see us on arrival and we advised one of the fans wasn't working and neither was the outside shower which the instructions said you must use before going in the pool. Sue advised the shower had been broken for ages so just to leave and that the maintenance guy would be out the following day to sort our fan but he never showed up all week. Overall a lovely, well equipped villa and great communication from Iain the whole way through.

9 of us stayed here for 11 night. Villa is lovely and big and the outside space is huge. A few little things the outside at night was very dark as the pool lights weren't working and a few lights around the seating areas to so we just sat inside at night. The fans inside the villa wernt very good at all so definitely need to invest in some good fans and maybe some more comfortable mattress. Apart from that though it was amazing. Nothing spoilt us having fun. Close to bars and restaurants so villa is in a perfect location. Ian and sue we're there to answer any questions we had. We went to fado rock stakehouse a couple of times it had to be the best stakehouse we've ever been to so definitely recommend going their. Market is on Tuesday and Saturdays it's brilliant for a bargain. Overall I would definitely recommend this villa it's lovely and in a great location. 👌👌
