The property boasts 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms between a completely redone barn and an amazing log cabin. Enjoy endless outdoor activities such as fishing, swimming, building sand castles, relaxing on the deck or boating with loved ones. Relax in several different living areas, enjoy a quiet evening by the outdoor fire pit, or watch the big game while shooting pool. This property is located about an hour from the Frisco/McKinney area on the Oklahoma side of Lake Texoma.

Lake Texoma is your new go-to destination for a great week out of town. This home offers a nostalgic log cabin that is a short walk from the best sandy shores of Lake Texoma. The additional barn has been completely transformed into a master bedroom, a bunk room, a kitchenette and a game room. The 1st floor of the barn is a popular place to mingle, offering a pool table and expansive living room and kitchenette with a natural light coming in from a beautiful custom glass window. Enjoy the deck and fire pit outside or walk down to the beach. There is plenty of parking available.

This home includes a well-appointed kitchen with all the essentials. The kitchen, living room, dining room and a large deck are located on the main floor.

6 large bedrooms are sure to deliver a comfortable night's sleep no matter how long the stay.

-- THE LOCATION --

You couldn't ask for a more peaceful location near Lake Texoma. 'Texoma A Frame' is the best place to get out of town, just a short walk through the trees from the house down to the sandy shore. The water is a slow sloping grade perfect for summer days. Get ready to enjoy your stay. If you bring a pontoon boat, it can be beached close. Launch your boat at one of several ramps about 15 minutes away, including Buncombe Creek Marina. Please contact us if you plan to bring a boat so we can arrange parking. The home is an original 1980's log cabin. The barn has been completely updated. This property has been set up for the perfect weekend out of town for family and friends.

The nearest store is a Dollar General, about a five minute drive. The nearest Walmart is located in Madill. There are a variety of small town USA restaurants close. Don't feel like making breakfast? Stop by the Anchor N Restaurant down by the marina before you hit the water. Want to enjoy one of the best burgers around? Stop by the Burger Shoppe in Kingston. 2023 Christmas in June
The property fit our needs to a tee. The main cabin was the place to eat meals and have a competitive Bingo game and the out building was where the kids had fun with snacks and soft drinks. The lake was higher than normal so the beach was not as large as shown on the maps. The neighbors' dogs were do friendly and nice to our two dogs. Communication was prompt. This will stay on our list of repeat possibilities for future Christmases in June.

Christmas with the family
This was an amazing experience and get away for Christmas! The property manager sent text and stayed in touch making sure we had everything we needed. The houses were very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The only thing that made it difficult was two of our family members are elderly and the couches are low and not easy for them to get up and down in. There are no recliners so they sat on the hard kitchen chairs for both days. Other than that this was the best experience we could have asked for!

Enjoyed everything that the cabin offered.
The team enjoyed the time together at the property we stayed in. Only issue is a few of the fans in the game room upstairs didn’t work and guys complained about it being warm in that area.

Worked Great for us - a fun, quirky building with a fantastic beach
We really enjoyed our time here. This property has walking access to a really great sand beach which sets it apart from the other mud beaches on the lake. The game room in the second building was really nice on some hot summer afternoons where we enjoyed the air conditioning but still had a lot of space. Because the main house is an A-frame, there are some quirks especially on the upper floor where you are in the peak of the A frame. This was a great place for a family gathering. This is not a luxurious property, but it served our needs very well.

We had 3 families with kids and the space was great. The kitchen is a little small for all the people we had but we made do. The walk down to the water was beautiful but the beach was hot and we didn’t bring an umbrella or EZ up so it would’ve been nice if they had one on the property to use! Overall we had a great time and the interaction with the manager was very easy!

Smooth process from beginning to end and great communication with the host. Great location with a short walk to the large sandy beach. Outdoor area of the house was the absolute best. Very large multi level deck with a huge table that was big enough for all of us to enjoy the surroundings. The house was a little smaller than expected and the rooms were small but we were outside or at the beach the whole time so that wasn’t really an issue for our group. Fantastic host and one of the best locations we’ve been to at Texoma. We will definitely be coming back.

We booked the house as a get away for us to get married with our family and close friends present. We had a great weekend and the house was wonderful with the exception of the back door hanging up repeatedly. There’s plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and do their own thing. The kids enjoyed the game room as did the adults when we were able to get the kids out. The beach is amazing and not a bad walk away. We booked a striper trip with Anthony who was recommended by Sarah and he was outstanding so we enjoyed some fresh fish! We definitely hope to come back soon.

Fantastic getaway
My friends and I stayed here between xmas and new years. Fantastic location, fantastic house. 100% Would stay there again. There's a very friendly neighborhood dog, Snickers, who is also fantastic. (Also, unlike many of the other reviews mentioned, there was not an excess of bugs)

The two units are very nice and maximized for a group of 18 like ours. It was very clean and Sarah made sure we were happy about everything. It's in a quiet location at the end of a road and near the water.

PERFECT!!!
Everything was excellent!!!! The property was exactly as explained. We had zero issues, from booking to checkout and everything in-between..... Even snickers( the neighborhood dog) was super friendly.... and let us know if we had unwanted visitors. Thankyou Joe and Sarah, for excellent hospitality and customer service!!!! House is nice! A little strange the main house had no tv or ways to play music. Could not sit outside due to the sewage smell that could also be seen behind the house. We were told not to drive a golf cart on the land behind the house but we saw others doing it. The upstairs air conditioner could not keep up with the heat of the day. So it stayed between 75-80 degrees and we set it on 60. The young adults loved the pool table and Cornhole.
