Welcome to our contemporary three-bedroom house, where the moment you step inside, you'll feel right at home. The ground floor opens up to a modern kitchen with a light blue backsplash and black appliances, featuring gas hobs, dual sinks, an oven, and even a TV for your culinary pleasure. This property was an excellent location for events around the North Shore of Auckland in particular. It was very quiet and the courtyard was surprisingly Private. There is plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable. There is also plenty of services close by and great beaches to visit.

Great
Just a few things to improve for next time. Soap in the downstairs bathroom. Maybe a folder of instructions for those who arent tech savy. Fabric under dining chairs are disentegrating. Battery in vacuum cleaner needs replacing. The com device has no off button. The bath leaks under the floor and needs to ve remedied. Otherwise all good
