"Væreslerne var fugtige og der var ikke mulighed for at lufte ud, så tøjet blev ulækkert. Man kunne tydeligt høre naboerne gennem dørene, faktisk bare se tv. Personalet hang, når man spurgte om selv simple ting. Vi blev ikke introduceret til hotellet da vi kom, så som muligheder, rent vand, funktioner, pool, strand osv. Det betøs vi selv prøvede at sætte en stol med parasol op, hvorefter vi fik skæld ud af personalet. Den ene dag fungerede AC fx ikke i gym og vanddunken havde de lige glemt at fylde op. Vores nøgle lige så, selvom de ' fiksede' den i receptionen. Der var ingen rent vand tilgængelig efter kl.1900, hvilket er helt uacceptabelt særligt når man ikke informeres om det ved ankomst. Det er et 4 sternwt hotel. Det er det mindste man kan forvente. Endelig var der fest på hotellet, hvilket betød at halvdelen af foyéen blev lukket ned for andre gæster. "

"Definitely not a relaxing place. Overcrowded, loud, there is either loud children, loud music or loud patrons everywhere. At first I had booked a room at the Coral. The standard of the room was so poor, so rundown, the room stank of chlorine (which is used everywhere) that I had to upgrade myself to the other towers. Check-in was not until 4pm. When asking the various concierges about information on tours, excursions and what to do during my stay they had very few options and were unable to detail the ones they had. As I went to the spa to book a treatment I was met with a woman asking me “do you really have to do that now??” hinting that it might be too late to do so, even if the spa was still open. On the final day I asked whether I could delay my check-out by just 20min. I was met with an answer that it wasn’t possible and that I would be subject to penalties for late checkout, for just 20min. I’ve stayed at the Atlantis in Dubai which was a really good experience, matching expectations in terms of quality, class and service. The Atlantis Bahamas is far, far away from this standard."
