Nestled on the edge of Budle Bay, with breathtaking views, Budle Newton is a spacious retreat accommodating up to 8 guests. At its centre there is a grand open-plan living area, where panoramic windows frame the ever-changing seascape. Adjacent, a fabulous conservatory offers a front-row seat to nature for guests to watch as the sky and sea transform every ten minutes.
The sitting room boasts a real fireplace with easy-lighting logs, perfect for chilly evenings. Outside, the front patio is ideal for barbecues, while the private garden features a hot tub overlooking the bay. For indoor entertainment, there's a games area complete with a pool table. Four bedrooms and three elegant travertine bathrooms ensure comfort for all guests.
As part of the Bamburgh First Collection the property also includes Netflix, a portable Bose Bluetooth speaker, easy lighting fire logs, and a box of games like Scrabble, Cluedo, and Monopoly.
The owners also kindly supply a hand-selected welcome pack and a voucher for a pound of the famous Bamburgh Banger sausages (redeemable within the village).
Guests can claim up to two free rounds (2x people for 1x round) of golf per property booked at Bamburgh Castle Golf Club and/or enjoy a free game of tennis on the village green beneath the castle, as well as access to additional leisure club facilities in the area.

Budle Newton is located just a stone's throw from Budle Bay, part of the Lindisfarne Nature Reserve and very popular with bird watchers. From the property, depending on the tide, it is possible to walk all the way around the bay to the beautiful and vast sandy Bamburgh beach.

Here, the renowned Bamburgh Castle stands tall, casting its majestic shadow over the miles of sandy beaches that stretch to the north and the quaint village green to the west. A mere 20-minute drive away lies the market town of Alnwick, a historical gem boasting the iconic Alnwick Castle, the enchanting Alnwick Gardens, and the renowned Barter Books. Northward, a 25-minute journey takes you to the Holy Island of Lindisfarne, while the picturesque Cheviot Hills and the vast expanse of Northumberland National Park beckon just 20 minutes to the west. For those seeking maritime adventures, Seahouses, a gateway to boat trips to the Farne Islands, is a short 15-minute drive away. Venturing southward, the legendary Hadrian's Wall can be reached in under two hours.
