"The staff is very welcoming and kind. The lobby downstairs is very comfortable to sit in for long periods. I wish they kept the snacks stocked but I guess that was minor. I really like how the place is decorated and would return if I could stay in one of their very cool private rooms. The wifi was excellent as well."

"Parking a bit tight, its underground. Lifts are confusing at first with no proper labeling. Huge and clean room, basic amenities. Small window. "

"Big bed. Safe, but no microwave onto warm food."

"I arrived to this property after midnight, but the owner welcomed me with a smile. He even prepared me a tea in the morning, explained how to explore George Town in a day (coz I was there for one day only), even help me sorted with my lost baggage issues. Would stay more days in the future trip to Penang."

"Well located hotel with nice room in central Penang. Clean and peaceful to sleep. Some issues at checkin (AC control and taxes payment), but sorted out quickly. Overall a solid place to stay."

"My double room was very comfortable, and the fan, together with the aircon, made the space really airy and I slept very well. It could get slightly noisy at times as the room faces the main street, but it was mostly peaceful. Having to share the bathroom did not bother me much as it's right across the hallway anyway. It is right around the corner from Little India and it was so easy to get to all major attractions. Extremely good value for the price. "

"Could not find the property, clearly this has been a problem for others, even followed the hotels guidance of putting in another building in sat nav, the taxi driver could not find also, ending up paying for a hotel that i could find."

"The room was nice, but the bathroom was dirty (previous guests'hair and stains were on the walls). Even though there was free wifi, it was extremely slow and did not work half of the time. The common areas are very nice, but also the stationary computers barely work or connect to the internet. Good for a short budget stay in a central location, but I would not stay there again."

"Overall ok for the price . Double room (private) with shared bathroom .convenient location just that the windows were not sealed properly so it was very noisy . Comfy bed . Room was a bit dusty ..cleanliness could be improved . Friendly service from the counter staff. "

"On arrival thought the place was very good, easy checkin, friendly staff, decent sized room etc. Easy walk in the evening to Chullia St Hawker Stalls for a really good meal. All over the hotel there were signs about no noise after 10pm all was fine till 3am when the noise the door banging, running up & down the very old, very noisy stairwell this went on & off till 5am. We don’t expect complete quiet in a hotel at night & do realise people are on holidays but this was the worst I’d heard in...

"Vi var 4 venner og bookede 2 værelser for 2 nætter. Hotellets placering var virkelig god. 200 meter fra love Lane og 200 meget fra red garden food stall. Hotellet var bedre end forventet, til den pris. Vi havde en god oplevelse."

"지금까지 여행했던 여러 나라의 호텔 중 가격대비 제일 만족스런 곳이었습니다. 큰 식탁이 편안했고 1월이라 물이 좀 차가웠지만 수영장도 좋았습니다. 대로에 있어 잘 때 차소리가 크게 들리지만(대신 교통이 편리하고 큰 마트도 가까워요) 귀마개를 사용해서 문제 없었습니다.페낭에 다시 온다면 또 이용하고 싶어요. 추천합니다. "

"Nice staff, comfy bed and good breakfast. The room had an uncomfortable musty smell. Our friends changed room several times. The seaview was only partial from the balcony. From inside the room the view was the back of another building. The pool was small and crowded, no chance for a swim. The hotel is far from town and the road i often very crowded"

Skønt hotel tæt på alt

"Det er et dejligt hotel. Beliggenheden er perfekt i forhold til restauranter, streetfood og barer. Kun nogle få minutter fra et stort indkøbscenter og Komtar som et byens højeste bygning. Den var et godt kendetegn når vi gik rundt i byen. Værelset vi havde var godt og rent. Dejligt med stik til opladere flere steder. Rengøringen er god og altid hyggelige. Skønt med rooftop terrasse. Og vi brugte jacuzzierne flere gange. Ok morgenmad, men lidt synd man bestilte allerede dagen inden. Og lidt synd man ikke kan købe noget deroppe i løbet af dagen. Alt i alt et hotel vi vil anbefale, og gerne komme tilbage til. "
