"We liked the location (Caribbean), the range of food and drink, facilities and activities, the convenience of the all-inclusive, cashless nature of the resort and the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. For some of the restaurants, particularly the "non-reservation" ones, there are probably too many guests for the number of tables, hence there were often long queue waits to get a table.
