This two-bedroom condo offers a peaceful getaway with easy access to year-round activities and dining and shopping hot spots at The Village. The welcoming first-floor unit features hardwood floors, new furnishings, and a private patio. On-site amenities include a seasonal heated pool and hot tub just steps from your door.
Unwind on the comfortable couch in the living room and enjoy a movie screening on the TV with Blu-ray. Two additional armchairs offer a relaxing seat for curling up with a book. The well-equipped kitchen features all-white appliances and plenty of cabinet storage. Share meals around the dining table that accommodates four. Sliding glass doors open to the private patio with views of the pool. Fire up the grill and relax while you enjoy the Sunriver sunset.
Hit the slopes at Mt Bachelor -- just 20 miles from home. Or experience the snow-covered Cascade Mountains on a fat bike -- made locally in Bend. During the warmer months, explore 30 miles of paved biking trails, take a horseback ride at Sunriver Stables, or go rafting down the Deschutes River. Located just a mile down the road is The Village at Sunriver with many local cafes, restaurants, boutique shopping, and outdoor recreation storefronts. Take a brew tour and try local craft microbrews at Sunriver Brewing, Deschutes Brewery, and 10 Barrel Brewing. Indulge in farm-to-table fine dining at Carson’s American Kitchen and the Twisted River Tavern.
THINGS TO KNOW
The indoor pool at the SHARC facility is open year-round. The outdoor pool at SHARC is open from mid-May through September.
This home also includes shared access to a private pool from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Although this condo is not equipped with air conditioning, it’s rarely needed with ceiling fans and Oregon’s mild weather.
The condo association has a very strict 'no pets' policy for guests. Guests who bring a pet to the property will face both a fine and a possible eviction if the pet is not removed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
