"This property was actually even nicer than the photos. It had beautiful views, and had direct access to the walkway around the Lake. It was a great location - extremely quiet, yet only 3 blocks walk to the Main Street. It was lovely and clean, and the house had all the bits and pieces that we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable too. "

"Great location and the views are amazing! I could have sat at the window all day watching the birdlife (we even saw an eagle on our first afternoon). It had everything you needed, it does just need a little TLC but from a cleanliness level it was great. The spa was warm and we really enjoyed relaxing in it. The layout is perfect for a couple. We really enjoyed our stay. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Easy walk to the main street. Short drive to Hepburn Springs. Comfortable, all the trimmings you need and a bottle of wine to top it off. The apartment is beautifully appointed and the instructions for all devices are clear and succinct. Thank you for a very enjoyable weekend, would recommend!"

"Lovely setting, loved the seperate suites, no-one has to miss out on an inferior room! Only criticism was that the Kitchen extras a little light on, but most standards available. Would stay again"

"Experience one of the most joyful times of my life in being able to bring all my closest family & friends together to celebrate my 60th birthday. From 70 years to 7 months, this beautiful property was able to meet all our needs of space, individual privacy and so much beauty. Beautiful walks for intimate conversation, a big cook up kitchen and space for after dinner lounge room disco. Many precious moments and much love was shared over a most memorable weekend in this gorgeous home & property."

"Had a lovely time staying at this cozy cabin in the mountains, fire place was amazing and just made the experience great! Slight shame about no wifi but made us very in-tune with nature. Would definitely recommend and would go back again"

"One of the nicest accommodation we have stayed in. Short walk to Hepburn springs creek and day spa. We were itching to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the view and sounds from the creek and wildlife but unfortunately during our stay the weather wasn’t the greatest. We loved the open fire and the stone bath was quite big and comfortable for 2. Great well equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay here again 👌😀"

"We treated ourselves to a week long stay in beautiful Daylesford and Park Avenue was the perfect house for us to relax and unwind in front of the wood fire whilst enjoying total silence from the quiet neighbourhood. The gardens are beautifully maintained and you can enjoy nice views to the outside through the many windows. A short stroll to Lake Daylesford, close to all the local attractions and the town's shopping and eateries, we divided our time between enjoying the house and sightseeing. A...
