The health and safety of our guests are a priority. In light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.

Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV, and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Handwash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchens. If you are worried to stay in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.

Villa Emilia is located on the coast of Benissa, a very famous tourist town on the Costa Blanca, a very short distance from La Fustera beach and the Les Basetes Yacht Club, in both, we find beach bars. Just a 3-minute walk away there are also shops, several restaurants and a supermarket. The center of Calpe is 4 km away and Moraira is 8 km away. This traditional Spanish-furnished Villa enjoys a quiet location and offers wonderful sea views from its 2 round balconies. Emilia offers a large private pool, a large terrace with lots of sun and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a barbecue ideal for enjoying, with friends or family, al fresco meals on hot summer days.

In addition, there is a garage for two cars, with a toilet and a room for the washing machine. This villa is a two-story vacation home connected by exterior and interior stairs. From the pool terrace, we go up to the lower level apartment, accessing the balcony overlooking the pool and entering the living room with SAT + TV+A/C, a fully equipped kitchen with access to the back side of the house, a double room with A / C and two rooms with two single beds each one that shares a complete bathroom and a shower.

Both interior and exterior stairs lead us to the upper floor. We enter the living room with TV + SAT+A/C, a fully equipped kitchen and three bedrooms with 2 single beds each, one with air conditioning, all three share a full bathroom and a shower. The villa is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with lemon and orange trees. This villa offers an exceptional location, you can walk to the beach and shops, and it is not necessary to take the car every time. It is ideal for large groups of people looking for an easy vacation.
