"My fiancé and i had a wonderful time here. right in the heart of Berkley Springs, is is convenient to shopping, galleries and the famous hot springs. Tom was a 5-star host! "Staying at Austin's cabin was just what the doctor ordered. Arrival was a bit delayed due to no cell reception and the gate code not being provided prior to arrival. Once we drove back down the road a bit for a smidge of cell reception, we were able to reach Austin and get the code. The property upon entrance was nice, secluded, and peaceful. Plenty of room inside for 2-4 people and plenty more outside to explore. The fire pit and gas grill were nive bonuses and satellite tv although more used...

"We were really looking forward to a 5 day stay at this great looking property. Unfortunately we never received check in details and the host did not answer our messages via Vrbo or direct call/text message. We had to contact Vrbo and they couldn't reach the host either. Ended up having to request cancellation and refund and completely change our trip plans. Vrbo were apologetic and processed the refund within a week. Disappointed that we never heard anything back from the host."

"Property was well kept, quiet, and the cabin was spotless. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc. Grills, propane and charcoal were in excellent shape and most usable. Hot tub was a delight. Only issue is the cabin is a distance from the town; however, I had I had no need to go there. Given that, the town was quaint and many nice eateries."
