"My family and I had a great stay and would love to come back! It was quiet, calm and cozy. This home has everything you need. We planned a weekend to stay in and this location was the perfect place to do so. Beautiful property and a wonderful tree with swing out back. Highchair available which was so convenient, also a great selection of toys and kids books. We happily recommend and hope to come back!"

"I stayed here while visiting my UW student - it's just a short drive to campus - and it was nice to come back to such a quiet and peaceful retreat at the end of the day. There is a full kitchen in the cottage but also plenty of good food and coffee within walking distance. I appreciated the extra blankets since I like to sleep cold under a huge pile of blankets. Very clear instructions about location and access. Super cute and comfy!"

"House is an older home,darling and the right size for only one or two. The heating is individual (older electric space heaters) so rooms are hard to maintain a comfortable temperature. No heating for kitchen area which was uncomfortable. Located next to a busy freeway(in back of home) be prepared for noise at night and early morning commuters to city. Overall, it’s a safe, decent location to Green Lake, and walking distance to good restaurants. Wish the manager would’ve been more flexible with a...

"This property is right on the water, with a beach only at low tide. The view is magnificent, there are sea lions and other wildlife to see, it is quiet and peaceful. The place was truly immaculate, as well. The host was just attentive enough and the guidelines were clear and reasonable. I really can't say enough good about it and definitely plan to return. "We booked this property while taking a trip to the west side to visit family. We originally chose it because it was close to the zoo. The fact that it’s a completely remodeled, period style home was a quirky bonus, until we got there. Every detail was perfect, from the furniture down to music playing when we walked in. We’re already planning our next visit, but without the kids next time. "
