"What a beautiful wonderful place "

"Our son lives only 4 blocks away, so location was perfect! Also an easy work to downtown or Hyde Park section. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. It was especially nice to have a private, well maintained outdoor space since our weather was great. The only area in need of improvement in my opinion was the mattress. It is on the softer side which may be a problem for some people. We slept okay but would have preferred it firmer. That said, I would stay here again...

"Stayed here for a training we had in Boise for a week in June. Soooo, we chose this location for the proximity to the grocery store and the training, not for its beauty or neighborhood charm. We needed them to be all within walking distance to all our things, but somewhat close to the airport. Check check and check. This ticked the boxes. "We were very well treated by our host, Jeff. He was always available to answer questions and he was very kind! I was confused about our check out date and thought I had an extra night. He was so accommodating! If there was a bathroom downstairs, the stay would have been perfect. We were very happy overall!"

"Wanted to stay. Arrived late. Tried the lock box code sent. Tried 10 times. Didn't work. Texted. No reply. Called. No answer. The house (lived next door) was dark - it was late. Didn't want to knock. Didn't know what to do. So, had to get a hotel. Communication the next morning was, "code was [this.] Don't understand where you got the other code." Showed her screen shots of where I got the info. No apology. But, did get my full refund. Not going to give a bad/great review cuz we never got to...

"The directions on how to get inside the unit are difficult and confusing. It is on the property with another home that the owner also rents as a VRBO. The owner would like you to access this unit from a back alley instead of entering from the street. If you access the property from the street instead of the back alley she gets upset and is rude. GPS directions don’t work so you have to use her directions which are difficult and confusing to get to it. This is a problem at night because it’s hard...

"Exactly what we wanted. A nice quiet place with a nice drive to get there. Loved the dogs and horses!"

"Fantastic home and accommodating and responsive host! Great use of space with the main suite at garden level. Spent a lot of time sitting in the front yard where we got to experience all the friendly neighbors walking by with their dogs. Brought our bikes, which made a quick ride to the Greenbelt and everywhere we wanted to go from there. Perfect home and location for a couple of friends to spend time together."

"This place is absolutely amazing!! We ended up not even driving the car because we could walk everywhere for our event at the arena! Its is right on the college campus, but noise was not too loud that it kept us up. We will definitely be back! "
