"Overall, this is a beautiful and well kept cabin but definitely in the outskirts of Traverse City; however, it is a pretty easy drive into the city. We enjoyed our stay and the cabin was well equipped with everything we needed. My only complaints would be that there was nothing covering the windows (no blinds or curtains, which was a little odd) and also just be aware that the roads to get to the cabin are "seasonal" so they are not paved roads."

"There were 6 adults (24-50 years old) and 3 children under 3. There was plenty of space and plenty to do for all ages! We kayaked and paddle boarded daily. The hot tub was a great way to end each evening. The adult children loved the water trampoline! Alicia was absolutely amazing!! Quick to respond before and during g our stay. "Great Location. Walking distance to 231 Bar and Grille, and to Rosie’s cafe - both were excellent. Accommodations were great, Enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. Just make sure you bring soap/shampoo as they were not available in the cabin. "

"The property was perfect for our one week family stay. The house itself is beautiful, spacious, and accommodating. We all enjoyed the large yard equipped with a lakefront gazebo and firepit. The young kids played endlessly on the sandy beachfront and enjoyed the warm lake water. Lake Barrie is a beautiful lake where we enjoyed riding the pedal boat and fishing. Tom was a super host and had answers to any questions and responded quickly to meet our needs. Couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay."
