"Hotel is new, clean, modern eclectic decor and in a great location! Walkable to shopping, bars, restaurants & public transportation! Staff was nice & friendly! Check in quick! They have a nice bar, small snacks, breakfast avail for purchase. Lots of great seating and work/gathering areas! Hotel is very different, all controlled by technology, in room I-pad operates everything, TV, lights, blinds, temp. Rooms are extremely small, bed is large and the width of the room, hard to get in/out of....

"CitizenM hotels are my favorite hotel concept, when alone on business. The Boston facility is perfect, and location great BUT it is a hassle to get to the hotel when there is an event at the TD Garden arena. The surrounding streets are jammed with cars, and the noise from the street is immense...especially the drummer guy the drums every night there is a game like it was a matter of his life. So location is great when there is no event at TDG, but when there is...I would prefer another location."
