Branson Landing location is nice. Easy access to shopping, food, and The Branson Strip.
The hotel appeared clean. The area is safe.
In terms of the staff: the first lady I encountered at the front desk was not exactly welcoming. We arrived at 3:10 pm. She told us the room was ready, but then said there would be a $25 fee for an early check-in (4pm is standard). I understand rules, but the delivery of the information was rude. We decided to go eat and come back. The next gentleman was much nicer.
In terms of hotel conditions: We stayed in the updated north tower.
The shower broke on the first night. Was still somewhat operational (had to use as handheld, but no big deal). The second day, it broke completely. We alerted the front desk staff, who said "I will tell the engineer.". The shower was never fixed during our stay, nor were we offered another room. Luckily, the room had a bathtub as well, so we could still bathe.
The air conditioning ran the entire stay. Lots of difficulty maintaining a comfortable temperature in the room.
