From the intermediate room, you can access bedroom No. 3: 1 x 140 + storage, a toilet with hand basin in the bedroom.
A terrace on the front in front of the house (this part of the land is fenced), another terrace on the side of the house (dune side, not enclosed; table, chairs, parasol, barbecue).
Garage used as a bicycle shed. Parking possible on the land in front of the house.

You will appreciate the location at the end of a dead end and the immediate access to the cycle path which will take you to the seaside (650m) or on one side to Brétignolles Sur Mer and on the other, to St Gilles Croix de Vie.
