"We had a gorgeous stay in Kicking Horse. We were in town to run an ultra marathon & the place was a perfect place for us to unwind & enjoy the scenery + hot tub & sauna and then fall into very comfortable beds post long runs. If you're lucky you'll get an amazing view of the Northern Lights directly from the balcony! Highly recommend, we will be back! "

"When first entering the property we were taken back with the beautiful wooden build and incredible views from ALL the windows! The location of the house was perfect for exploring a wide area, May was a great time to visit as it wasn't too busy wherever we went. "The chalet was just as a mountain chalet should be decorated with lots of wood, stone and rich winter tones. It also had games for a variety of ages, sleds, shovels etc. The kitchen utensils were plentiful and could easily accomodate 10 people. The beds were comfortable, the hot tub relaxing and the views amazing. We all went away with smiles on our faces and full of gratitude. "

"Great spacious place, easy to ski-out and in. Great views from the hot tub on the deck. We shuttled to and from the airport, so having to take out our own garbage on checkout was a hassle. Also the cleaning fee is a bit much considering the amount of cleaning required on checkout."

"Our blended family wanted a place where we had enough space for everyone but where we could all come together as a family to enjoy our ski trip vacation. Marlena’s place did not disappoint. "Our group of avid skiers and foodies have stayed at Northern Lights B many times. We always feel like we are coming home when we arrive. We keep coming back because the location is superb, the area is quiet, and the place is lovely. The kitchen is a highlight for us, well set up for cooking and baking as we love to do. "The place has great location 5 minute walk to downtown the village of big white I had a couple of little burnt out light balls but nothing major the fridge kind of wasn't very cold but they brought us ice for our cooler Fur drinks which was amazing the place was laid out quite nicely I'm very comfy beds overall it was a good experience"
