This charming 'quaint' old fisherman’s cottage nestled alongside the quay of Brixham inner harbour. This two-bedroom retreat offers a cosy and comfortable stay with stunning Harbour and Bay views. On three floors there are :
On the Ground floor is the well-equipped fitted kitchen/diner, complete with electric oven and Ceramic induction hob, dishwasher, tv and all other necessities that is needed for a modern kitchen, complete with table seating for four. The family bathroom also on the ground floor features a spacious large walk-in shower cubicle, integrated washbasin and toilet, with the benefit of a additional toilet next to the bedrooms, heated towel rail and wall mirrors.
The first floor has a galleried balcony bay window with seating and views of the inner harbour with direct views over the harbour and Torbay. The perfect place where you can relax while savouring your favourite glass of wine or cup of tea from this sunny balcony. A smart large tv and some games can also be found and planty of seating.
The second floor the master bedroom also with direct views over the harbour features a comfortable Vi-spring double bed and sink vanity unit, a tea making station and electric towel rail (for summer use), radiator and hanging wardrobe cupboard. The small childs bedroom provides cosy bunk beds suitable for young children and a small chest of drawers with a hanging cupboard on the landing is another toilet.

Car parking is supplied by Torbay Council is only a short distance
in view of the cottage.
