"We had a 3 day stay. Every one of the staff members, right down to the maintenance man were super friendly. Very convenient location as KC is so spread out. We ubered every where except to breakfast one day, so cannot attest to the parking. Pros: Affordable, friendly staff, clean, comfortable beds, nice convenience store, liked it had a fridge and safe in the room. Liked the big shower, albeit a small bathroom. Cons: Right downtown, so as per several uber drivers that brought us back late, was...

"Only 4 starts because when ordering rooms service, the food for horrid. I order the tator tots with all the toppings and I was missing several toppings, and the food came late and cold.
