The Family by FirstHost apartment is located in the heart of the historic city center, within walking distance of the most famous sights of Budapest and the many entertainment venues, restaurants and cafes. even though the area is bustling day and night, the apartment still offers a green, quiet opportunity to relax. Our family apartment is located in a newly built beach hotel, in its building A, on the 3rd floor. There is a 24/7 reception on the ground floor of the house, which is constantly available to our guests. There is also an underground garage in the house, and we can provide parking free of charge upon separate arrangement. The apartment overlooks Dob Street, and one of the most interesting murals typical of the district can be seen directly from the terrace. The apartment consists of 3 residential units: - Hallway-living room-kitchen-dining area- Bedroom- Bathroom and WC. The apartment is entirely at the guests' disposal. If required, we can provide several, even adjacent, identical or different types of accommodation. Our guests can use the inner garden, where they can enjoy the downtown sunshine in a well-kept garden environment, in calm, quiet conditions, if the weather permits. The apartments of the condominium have a central cooling and heating system, ensuring comfortable and safe relaxation. Heating is provided by radiators, cooling is provided by fan coil type equipment. (The fan coil system cannot be used for heating, only cooling.) The radiators have thermostatic valves in each room, which allow the room temperature to be individually regulated within the provided temperature range. In the summer, we start the air conditioning before our guests arrive, and we recommend that guests leave it running continuously during their stay. The efficiency of the air conditioning can be significantly improved if the motorized shutters are lowered during the day, when they are not in the apartment. The apartment can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 4 people, and we prepare it for the number of people listed in the reservation. The sofa bed in the living room is made into a bed if we discuss it with the guests. If it is not inconvenient to make a bed in the evening in terms of saving space, then the bedding is prepared in the wardrobe. The bedroom has a 160cmX200cm French bed and a huge wardrobe with hangers, which can also be used for storing suitcases. Next to the beds, there is a bedside table with a reading lamp and a connector, from which you can charge your phone or tablet without any problems. The iron and ironing board, as well as the drying rack, are placed in the bedroom wardrobe. The bathroom has a comfortable shower cabin for guests, as well as a mirror with a counter and lighting. The bathroom has a washer-dryer and a hairdryer. One small and one large towel, as well as a bathtub drain, are provided for each guest, and shower gel and shampoo are also available for each guest, as is hand soap in the sink. The kitchen is fully equipped and mechanized for 4 people. The large appliances include a refrigerator with freezer, a four-plate ceramic hob, an electric oven with a baking tray, and a dishwasher. As for small appliances, a kettle, coffee maker, microwave and toaster are among the equipment. Plates, glasses, dishes and cutlery are all available for 4 people, and a 4-person table with 4 chairs is provided for meals. There is a sofa bed in the living room, which allows for comfortable relaxation and watching TV during the day. The apartment has high-speed internet. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, smoking is possible on the balcony, for which an ashtray is provided.The balcony overlooks Dob Street, where there is lively pedestrian traffic from the tourists who live in Zvídőnagyed and come there for sightseeing and entertainment. The apartment can generally be checked in from 3:00 p.m. If we can arrange it, but in all cases only upon request(!), it may be possible to arrive earlier and check in. If we are unable to hand over the apartment earlier than 3:00 p.m., the reception is still available, where the luggage can be safely stored and the area can be explored until the apartment is ready, or a nearby restaurant or café can be an excellent solution for relaxation. The apartment must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Please lock the apartment, turn off any appliances that may be turned on and turn off the lights, and hand in the key at the reception. If we can arrange it, but in all cases only upon request(!), it may be possible to leave the apartment late. If we are unable to provide a longer stay (for example, if our guest arrives in the afternoon), the reception is still available, where luggage can be safely stored and a walk can be taken before departure, or a nearby restaurant or café can be an excellent solution for a useful and pleasant stay.
