I stayed at POLAR SUITE for 3 nights and 4 days. During my stay, the average temperature inside the room was 12 degrees(C), making it extremely cold. The floor was so cold that it was hard to get by without socks and slippers. I requested several times for the temperature to be raised, but I was told that the room itself was bound to be cold. Later, they gave me an electric blanket, which helped at night, but the room itself was just too cold.
The cause of these issues is that the hotel only turns on the heater from 5 p.m., and during the day only the air conditioning is in operation. Moreover, since it’s a loft room, it is inherently difficult to warm the space, and with only two very small wall-mounted air conditioner/heater units installed, the room simply cannot reach a comfortable temperature. I went with my children, and my elementary school daughter eventually caught a cold and has been suffering because of it. In my personal opinion, this room should not be offered for rent during the winter. Considering it isn’t a low-priced room, having the temperature remain at 12 degrees in February is a major issue.
There were issues with the elevator and some noise between floors, but those were minor compared to the problem with the room's temperature. The surrounding facilities and location are excellent
