"This was our second stay at Turtle Beach. Previous stay was in the studio apartment by the same owner as this beachside property. The location is amazing--right on the beach but you need a car if you want to venture further than Cockleshell beach which is the next bay over and is in walking distance. The challenges for us were that by coming in September just about everything at Cockleshell Beach is closed so not a good month to come. Also, it's incredibly hot and the cottage only has air...

"The property was great. We really enjoyed the monkeys and the Pavillion restaurant. The only problems were the tiny black ants in the kitchen and bedrooms. The bidet in the front bathroom did not work, there were only two towels per bathroom, and the front bathroom had no shower curtain or blinds on the bathroom shower for privacy, we couldn't find any kitchen towels."

"Very secluded bungalow at the south of the island next to The Pavillion (restaurant with VERY limited hours in off season). We were there in off-season so didn't see many people around, but the beach was amazing and basically had it to ourselves. This property is about 10 minutes from town so plan accordingly. They provided coffee & cream, water, other beverages. Not realistic to cook there so need to have snacks and plan to eat out or get takeout. overall great stay."

"What an amazing place to stay. The cottage is located in very well maintained grounds/gardens. The view of the sea and Nevis peak is unrivalled. The pool was very clean and benefited from sun beds. The cottage itself is beautiful. Inside it is very contemporary modern (traditional but with all the latest and good quality fixtures, fittings and furniture), clean and in excellent condition. "I don't think I can say enough about the coconut farm. Location was fantastic and the property itself was awesome. The view over the palm trees to the ocean and Nevis was just stunning. My children really enjoyed the animals there, from being greeted by Ginger the cat in the morning, going to pet the dogs and tortoises. Bacchus the property manager was so nice and helpful. We explored other beaches but found that the beach by the property was the best and it is where people staying elsewhere...

"Clean. Lovely art work. Fully equipped kitchen. Great laundry facilities. Comfy bed. Lots of hot water. So close to so many beaches. Hosts were attentive, but not intrusive. The monkeys in the driveway some evenings was a treat for us. Would definitely stay again"

"What a change of scenery this was compared to living in a city! Now that I'm back home, I miss the sounds of nature from this place. At first, the sounds of the insects, goats and chickens was kind of a shock to my system. I had a hard time sleeping for the first night or two. But I totally got used to it, and now I miss it. "Our host, Austin, made all the arrangements for worry free arrival and departure. A cab met us at the airport in St Kitt's and took us to the water taxi. Austin met us on the Nevis side and drove us to the cottage where our rental car was waiting in the driveway. The cottage was very comfortable with a lovely verandah and gorgeous views. "We stayed at this property for three weeks. Brett Williams was our host and incredibly helpful arranging transport to and from Nevis. Also a rental car ( necessary) when we got there. The cottage has a magnificent view of the Carribbean in the distance and is high enough up to take advantage of the constant breezes. We are both in our 70's and did just fine. The cottage covers the basic necessities. Comfy bed, linens, shower and adequate kitchen. Most all time is spent outdoors enjoying Nevis....

"This vacation was absolutely perfect. Nevis is a beautiful island unspoiled by all the touristy influences. The restaurant's that we visited were all unique and offered some of the best lobster I have had. Highly recommend Drift, Bananas and the pre-set menu at Montpelier. We were able to eat inside the sugar mill which was such a fantastic experience. The house was PERFECT. "Doreen was amazing. Communication and catering to our every need. Our family is truly more blessed because of the location we chose.
