Our stay at Crystalbrook started out great, nice helpful staff greeted us. However, the pool was closed for a wedding reception which it would be a few days later again. My wife went to the reception to hear if we could use the other pool, got a hard no - I went down there and asked if that was their of handling this, they granted us access to the other pool after this standoff. The next day I try to use the phone, no one can understand me so I go to inform the front desk that it doesn't work, they don't seem bothered but tell me they will look into it. Three days go by and the phone still doesnt work so I detach the cables from it and bring it to the front desk to visualize the problem, hoping to make them realize what it was - at the same time I get my room key re-coded, something we did a total of 8 times during our five day stay. I tell them I have never experienced such a lack of action and availability, not even in 4 star hotels. Oh well, room was nice and had some great tech features but I would really not recommend this hotel, what you are looking for is hotels like Hilton, always ready and professional from start to finish.
To summarize, nice room with good technology, but the nice parts were (in our stay at least) completely overshadowed by inactivity and all-in-all lackluster experience.
