Enjoy these six beautiful semi-detached houses located just 50m from Calafell Beach!
Each house has four double bedrooms: on the upper floor there is a suite with bathroom and private terrace, two double bedrooms and a bathroom, while on the main floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Furthermore, there is also a living-dining room which connects to the terrace and the kitchen. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
The parking box underneath the house connects directly to the house.
The communal area has two swimming pools: one for adults and one for children, as well as being surrounded by natural grass.

Don't want to be separated from your pet during your holiday, no problem! You can bring it with you on request but you must respect the rules of the complex:
- Pets are not allowed in the pool area.
- They must be supervised at all times.
- It is not allowed to walk them within the community grounds.

For stays longer than 28 nights, expenses (electricity, water, gas) are not included in the price.

1. To guarantee compliance with current regulations on citizen security, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, and may request the image of their ID and/or selfie from the tourist. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. For these purposes, the necessary measures will be adopted to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
2 . DISPOSAL OF MANDATORY GARBAGE Upon leaving the house, if leftovers of food/drinks or any other type of waste are left, a penalty of €200 will be charged from the deposit.
3. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Any damage caused to the furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
4. Tourist tax 1.10eur per person, maximum 7 days, applies to people over 16 years of age. (Law 5/2012, of March 20 of the Parliament of Catalonia)
5. Passport or travel document details will be required from all guests upon arrival.
6. The deposit will be blocked on the credit card at the time of delivery of the keys and will be released 7 days after departure if the house has not suffered any damage)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, supply costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 21:00h. and Check-ins that end after 21:00h. will have a supplement of €50.
