"Overall great property. Loved the apartment, which was very modern and provided comfort. Great pool also. We had a few issues with checking in and keys, however, due to Marcelino’s (the doorman) help, consistent availability and strong sense of awareness he helped make the experience as smooth as possible and followed up with us."

"Very quiet and clean condo with stunning views of the Gulf of Panama and ships waiting to enter the Panama Canal, and the rain forest surrounding the Playa Bonita condo complex and Westin hotel. Convenient grocery shopping near by and easy drive to Panama City (although traffic over the Bridge of the Americas was often congested). The rooftop pool was nice and convenient for our purposes. "No Communication with Host. No access to property. Not even an address to go to. Just takes your money and leaves you stranded. Don't book VRBO ! They have 3 hour wait times ( your are calling from a different country) Promises you help and escalation that never comes. I don't even bother to write more since VRBO won't approve this review anyway."

"The property is not called New Modern Ocean View - very misleading for locating the complex. Local cab drivers or Uber drivers had difficulty finding it, the name of this property is HP Boutique Del Mar. The property is about two years old and is still going through growing pains.The property manager who has the office in the building speaks English and was a great help with issues we presented her with.
