Pleasant week despite the heatwave!
We enjoyed our week at this villa, a quiet location with a fantastic pool. We used the pool area a lot due to the heatwave and really enjoyed the outside dining/kitchen area. The aircon in the bedrooms was a welcome relief. The property manager was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. Close to amenities and super markets/restaurants. We ordered pizzas in one night too from Pizza des Pins. Went to valbonne for the market and for dinner at Terra Rossa. Thank you for a lovely week.

Fantastic family friendly villa in a prime location!
We have just returned from a weeks holiday in the beautiful Villa Mimosa. We were two families looking for a villa in the South of France close to local towns and beaches but would also be great to stay at for the day, and this villa delivered all this and much more. The amazing outside kitchen became the hub of the holiday, providing great cooking facilities, family meals and shade when needed. Around the pool there were 8 very comfortable sunloungers and diving board in the pool provided great entertainment. Inside the 4 lovely airconditioned bedrooms were very welcome after a long hot day, each with very good en-suite bathrooms. The whole house has been a huge success and along with the support from Stephanie and John, we have all had a fantastic family holiday and are looking forward to planning our return!

We had the most wonderful holiday at Villa Mimosa. The listing if anything didn’t showcase just how great the place was. The accommodation was truly first rate, the pool incredible and the surrounding grounds beautiful. What a great for our family who lived every second. Cannot wait to come back again next year! living outdoors, sleeping indoors
Gorgeous outdoor living area :) The outdoor kitchen, the big dining table and the lounge area, not to forget the big pool were the highlight of our stay. It's in a quite and private location and in easy reach of attractions like St. Paul de Vence, Biot, Nice, the market of Valbonne etc. We stayed with 7 adults and did never feel cramped. Gianni and Louise were warmly welcoming us and very helpful if we had questions. It is not a sterile management rental house, it is the house of a private family you rent, and you can feel the difference:) Thank you Tom we had a great time :)

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour tout était parfait !
Nous avons séjournes 3 semaines dans cette maison et tout était exceptionnel ! Un vrai + pour la cuisine extérieure où nous avons passés l’ensemble de nos vacances ! Un grand merci à Tom et Caroline qui sont toujours disponibles et à l’écoute si besoin. Nous espérons revenir un jour... :)

Perfect Holidays
This villa is a fantastic place to spend your holidays with family & friends. It is located in a quite neigborhood and there is enough space and equipment for 8 people, We stayed there with 2 families - 4 adults + 4 children - and had a really good time enjoying the nice garden and of course the big and well heated pool. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend this location!

Beautiful Roquefort-les-Pins
We had a wonderful time at the villa. The property and villa are beautiful. The pool was terrific, crystal clear and warm, and the air conditioning in the bedrooms were lifesavers during the heat wave. There are plenty of bathrooms and showers too. The location is great too - less than 30 minutes from the Nice airport and only short drives to many interesting towns. We miss it already. Suzi and Seth

Fabulous Stay, Fantastic Villa and a Perfect Location
We were stayed at the villa in early September 2018. We were a couple (in our thirties) and three additional single adults (aged from 50 to 62). The four very well proportioned double bedrooms, each with bathrooms were perfect for our stay. The villa is gated and has an impressive footprint and is deceptively large, with plenty of rooms to hang out as a group or on your own. The summer kitchen is amazing, well equipped and versatile; it’s where we spent most of our time together as a group. The heated pool is an added bonus, along with the outside shower and toilet. The sun is on the villa all day, there are plenty of sun loungers available (with umbrellas) around the pool, plus there are loads of places to sit outside to dine alfresco. The gardens are wonderfully kept, with lime and orange trees. The villa is situated in Roquefort le Pins which is an ideal location for exploring nearby villages. We went to a number of lovely quaint villages, Mougins, Gourdon, St Paul de Vence and Valbonne are definitely worth a visit; as is Cannes. Everything is accessible in about a 20 to 30 minutes drive. The owners Tom and Caroline are wonderful people, they also offer useful ‘hints, tips and recommendations’ if you want them. John is also great, he went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. All in all this was a fabulous holiday for all of us to enjoy. We will definitely be making a return visit!!

Really great location and perfect size villa for 5 adults.
If you want to be close to Antibes, Cannes and Nice then this location is perfect. Valbonne is a really lovely village near by and has the traditional square for outside eating and bouquet shops. Great size pool and very clean, it now needs refurbishing as tiles are missing or very loose around the pool edge and pool floor. Outside eating area used extensively as it was so warm both in the day and during the evening.

Lovely villa and pool in ideal situation.
Three generations of our family of ten, from 2 to 70 years old, and every person was able to enjoy themselves thoroughly. Lovely accommodation, perfect pool (complete with inflatable 'mingos and l'unicorn!) Set in fabulous countryside with easy reach of delightful French villages like Vance, Valbonne and Grasse as well as the coast. Many thanks to Tom, Caroline and John for enabling our family to have such a great holiday together.

Lovely property for relaxing break
We had a lovely break for 6 adults and a baby. The house is in a great, quiet location with lovely garden, pool and equipped with everything we needed. The summer house and summer kitchen were fabulous for all; providing lovely shade for playing, relaxing, eating and drinking. The pool is a great size for fun with inflatables and also for swimmers. The garden is lovely and the pétanque pitch an added bonus. There is sun on the property all day and evening which is a real bonus. Unfortunately we had some non-perfect weather, but were able to enjoy ourselves inside the lovely spacious living room and dining room, with the house proving it works well whatever the weather! All bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with pretty aspects from all, and plenty of bathrooms. All in all a great base for either staying in or exploring the area. The owners and property manager are super helpful.

A beautiful property with wonderful facilities.
We stayed at the house as a group of 8. 4 children, including one baby, and four adults. We were comfortably accommodated, with plenty of space for all. The evenings were spent mostly on the terrace playing board games. which was lovely and every single meal was cooked on the BBQ which was fantastic. The outdoor kitchen is such a convenience. The pool is heated which made the world of difference too. We had a great time with great friends, and we’ll definitely be back! The McConnell-Salmon clan.

Delightful well equipped villa and grounds in quiet wooded surroundings.
Being our third stay we quickly settled in and were soon aware that swimming pool heating had just been installed, which in mid May was a real bonus. On hot days the poolside shower was very useful too. The dedicated pétanque area also provided lots of fun and we managed to play (not very skilfully) on most afternoons when we were not visiting nearby inland villages, or the coast which can be reached in about 25 minutes. The well stocked library has an eclectic selection and also board games much used after dinner which we enjoyed cooking mainly in the fully equipped summer kitchen which also has both charcoal and gas barbecues. Dining out can be either reasonably priced Bistro style, or at one of many restaurants with known chefs. We did a little of each and were never disappointed. It was quite handy to purchase a copy of the local newspaper "Nice Matin" on friday as it includes a magazine with a section "Votre weekend" which gives details of events taking place in the locality of which one would not otherwise be aware. Overall the house is very well appointed, most comfortable, and ideally situated with no passing traffic and most peaceful whilst being not too far from either the coast or small inland villages which are always interesting to explore. We particularly enjoyed our run out to the village of Gourdon which is reached by a tortuous road up the mountain. What a view !

Super family holiday
Hi we had a most enjoyable stay in this villa. A real home from home.convenient for trips to the coast as well as the hills and a lake !The grandchildren loved swimming in the pool . A car is a must as it is quite a walk to the shops. There is a bus to Nice every half hour . Certainly worth an other holiday there!

A delightful Provençal family villa
A lovely family villa conveniently situated which enables guests to make the most of its wooded, rural location while not being too far from the popular Côte d'Azur beach resorts. The house is well appointed, tastefully decorated with a well equipped kitchen. The poolside, outdoor kitchen was a particular favourite. Would thoroughly recommend.

Superb villa in a gorgeous location
We couldn't have asked for a more fantastic villa with everything catered for. The pool house is a huge bonus and we ate there must evenings. If you want a family villa in a great location this beautiful villa will be very hard to beat. Attention to detail is the watchword here.

A wonderful holiday in this gorgeous house
We have stayed in a number of houses in this idyllic area of France and this is certainly the best of the bunch. This spacious house is well equipped and tastefully decorated and was a lovely home for us for two weeks. The house is situated in a very peaceful area of Roquefort-les-Pins with local amenities easily accessible by car. The pool area benefits from the sunshine all day long and the outside Summer kitchen is a lovely additional benefit. The house is set in large, well maintained gardens with beautiful plants, bushes and fruit trees.
