"Secrets Cap Cana was amazing. Mom/daughter trip- 5 days . Overall: The entire resort was easy to get around, was kept in great shape, was very clean and the service was top notch! Everyone was so friendly and remembered you. Beach and Pool: The beach was large, very clean, the sand was soft and without garbage, the water was calm, shallow and without waves like in Punta Cana. "This villa is amazing , everything very clean the Maid is very kind and she does everything extra good . She prepared everyday food for us and she cook very good .All rooms very clean the A/c works perfectly the beds are comfortable . The area is quite and relaxing the pool very good the water warm . "Incredible service from the moment you step off you flight with the VIP airport service, felt like we were flying private. Yocasta and her team of ambassadors took care of everything we requested from restaurant reservations to golf tee times and transportation. The included breakfast was spectacular. Rooms are large, we had a 2 bedroom villa that was perfect for our family with teenagers. The personal golf cart parked outside our room made it easy to get around the whole Puntacana resort. "It was a beautiful property with access to the beach. My only complaint was the food was okay, the hibachi was the best and hottest food we had the entire stay everything else was luke warm. We were not able to get reservations to the steak house during our stayed they were fully when we checked in."
