"The hotel is really nice, the rooms are great, the views are breathtaking and both of the pools are great too. The staff is really nice but aren’t effective. Sometimes you have to wait almost an hour for a burger and a bottle of water. The prices are cheap and everything is still really good."

"This is actually one of the Best resort I’ve stayed at everything from ambiance, food the staff was 100/100!! Francisco made sure food was good at the buffet Juan at the front desk was excellent help! Jovany, Ester and Ortuño made sure me and my family had a wonderful experience i can go on on! Thank you! "

"The place was absolutely gorgeous with plenty of room for our 3 adults 4 kids family (the 3 bedroom option). The view from the balcony was spectacular. The beach is just a few minutes walk away and there are plenty of stores right by the apt. Our kids also loved the private balcony pool. Just know that you will have to pay for your electricity usage. Comes out of your deposit. Wasn’t bad though. Also Daniel was highly communicative and very helpful. Would absolutely stay here again. "

"Impossible to find; not known by Probar name. Check in was very disorganized with no English spoken. One young lady from the bar spoke some English and was able to assist otherwise we would have abandoned the reservation. Young Italian girl from the bar/restaurant should be commended for her language and customer service skills"
