"The location can’t be faulted, less than 10 mins drive from Mittagong and just over that to Bowral, on a gorgeous piece of land. The house itself was just stunning. Spacious rooms and plenty of breakout spaces, huge kitchen and dining table and the outlook over the farm was amazing. Very easy check in and check out process too. 10/10 would stay again!"

Despite being on the ad, there was definitely no hot tub which was pretty disappointing in the very cold weather. Hosts said that it had been added by Stayz without them knowing. Outside BBQ was filthy and we had to clean it before use. Check-in was a bit clunky. Other guests staying on the propety at the same time, it was a bit strange seeing them wandering around while we were there but didn't really...

"We stayed at this property with our adult children and new grandchild. It was exactly as described. Very comfortable and spacious. About 15 mins out of Bowral and a great location if you want a rural stay but close to town."

"We had a great time getting together with family from various states; taking time out to reconnect and chat and plan over wonderful meals, walks and times near the water. The farm also offered space for solitary walks and naps, reading or flipping a lure with gatherings over meals. We all loved our stay at Crooked Corner and hold it in mind for a return visit and are very grateful for the peaceful time provided. Thank you!"

"Our family loved our weekend at Highlands Lake House. Sam was amazing to communicate with. Location stunning. House had great atmosphere. We loved the log fire and fire pit. Highly recommend. Only comment would be to Stayz that it would improve information for people with additional needs if you listed each accessibility feature rather than just a generic ‘wheelchair accessible’ comment. "Kids had a ball. Woke up of their own accord before 6am to feed the calves and baby lambs and collect the chickens eggs. Judith and Don were so nice. Great experience, can’t wait to do it again."
